Because then they would have to (pretent to) work. That is below the standards of the inlaws of a royal in their eyes I think. Besides, why work if your son-in-law is paying your bills? I don't think they want to go back to SA. Working permits are harder to get than holiday visums. Which brings up the whole visum issue again. Wonder how any of the Wittstocks, including barbie, ever got a visum without means of support and for such a long time. They are non-EU citizens after all. Maybe a MC living permit gives you also permission to live anywhere in the EU? It doesn't work the other way around in any case.

Albert was in Monaco on both of his wedding anniversary days - and we know his wife wasn't there. I always find Albert posing with these electric cars rather funny considering that this is a man who jumps in his jet to fly all over the world for just one day to attend a football match. If they did, it was a bit of a hush job. I haven't seen it mentioned under the "naturalisation monégasque" section. And they should have handed in their SA nationality. barbie for one seems to be more attached to that one than to her MC one...
Then again, during all the publicity around Ernst not being able to keep his hands to himself somewhere in Africa, it was also speculated that he was travelling on a diplomatic MC passport. Who knows?

Emmeline, contrary to what the sycophantic press and sugah loonies believe Albert has NEVER publicly declared his love for Charlene. He has been given many opportunities to and he has used every comfortable shoe type word to describe their relationship - but love. Even after the wedding he still hasn't used the word love - recall the Matt Lauer interview). He however wants everyone to know that despite their miserable looks, they really are happy - which is in a statement that was posted on the palace Facebook account accompanying their 1st year anniversary photo.

How written, I am pretty sure that they are referring to Prince Henrik of Denmark. Both sons, Joachim and Frederick complained of their emotional scars of their father's strict upbringing, including beatings, and many believed that Joachim's divorce was due to his own swinging both ways behavior. Besides, Queen Elizabeth would care about Daisy and not give a flying fig about Dumbo Albert.

Cloned Horses Can Now Compete in the Olympics
Reversing an earlier ban, the international governing body for equestrian sports has decided that cloned horses can compete alongside their traditionally bred counterparts.
"The FEI will not forbid participation of clones or their progenies in FEI competitions," the Federation Equestre Internationale said after its June meeting in Lausanne, Switzerland, according to The Chronicle of the Horse. "The FEI will continue to monitor further research, especially with regard to equine welfare.”
