The Mad for Monaco blogger has struck again. He reports the information in the article provided by MyaDia above (of course MyaDia was first and he probably cribbed from her work). Evidently, it never occurs to him that if Albert was successful in this bogus suit in France to shut Eringer up and take away his First Amendment rights, then someone, one day, may decide to shut Mad for Monaco up and use a similar tactic. On so many levels in this post, Mad for Monaco does the very things that he accuses Eringer of doing. "Mad for Monaco Anti-Monaco Blogger Busted
Justice has been served on the now legally certified liar and professional pain in the gluteus maximus from Los Angeles who has spent his retirement harassing the Prince of Monaco and pretty much anyone in any way connected with him. You may recall, the fellow in question tried to extort a million dollars from the Prince (claiming to be a “spy”) and then sued the Prince for breach of contract, a lawsuit that was swiftly slapped down. Since then this cranky old man with no life and a severe case of the ‘not gays’ with a burning obsession over our Sovereign Prince devoted his every waking hour to insulting, smearing and besmirching the character of the Prince and any and everyone around him. He also ‘carpet bombed’ every blog, forum and message board dealing with Monaco in an effort to spread his hate-filled rants and fling juvenile insults at anyone who dared to disagree with his accusations.
Well, the Prince kept it on the down low, as they say, but the story has now come out that Monaco’s most persistent internet enemy has been ordered by a French court (the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris) to pay Prince Albert 20,000 euros in damages and 7,000 euros in legal fees “for the publication of false and libelous materials”. In a separate case the crazed crank was ordered to pay 60,000 euros for six libelous attacks on Claude Palmero plus 3,000 euros in legal fees. In addition, he’s also been ordered to pay over 15,000 euros to Thierry Lacoste, personal lawyer of Prince Albert II, for the same reason. He was also ordered to pay 20,000 euros for two counts of slander against Andre Muhlberger along with 3,000 euros in legal fees. Three additional judgments were made against him to a tune of 30,000 euros in damages plus 9,000 in legal fees for attacks against Claudio Marzocco, Thierry Lacoste and Prince Albert II.
More judgments are to be expected in September, October and December, delayed so that the mud-slinger in question can present himself to the court and make his case. However, don’t hold your breath for that to happen as he’s ducked into his shell like a frightened turtle. Since the court ruled that he would have to pay an additional 5,000 euros per day for any offending material remaining on his blog he quickly removed it but while still protesting his innocence of course and how, despite the legal findings, still claiming everything he says is “true”. His blog now mostly consists of advertisements for his own books. He has also refused to accept his summons to court and refused every effort at communication by the court. Which of course is exactly what someone would do who is being unjustly accused right? No, there is no way this guy is getting anywhere near a court of law unless he is dragged in in handcuffs. However, it is safe to say that he will not be visiting the continent of Europe any time soon -at least not willingly, and his war of insults against the Principality of Monaco has been muzzled.
The leading liar and captain in the tin-foil hat brigade seems very worried about the findings against him despite his assertions that it is all false and the courts have no jurisdiction over him (why remove the stuff from the website then?) and has put a halt to his war of words with Monaco. However, that does not mean he has turned over a new leaf and decided to become a happy, laid back retired gentlemen. No, it just means he has taken to flinging juvenile insults at the news outlet which released the information about the judgments against him. That would be the article here. As they say, a leopard cannot change his spots and neither can a cranky old man with skin thin enough to see through. To sum up: Prince Albert -1, cranky media whore -0."

People like Mad For Monaco are too busy kissing ALbert fat ass to even get their fatcs straight. MFM keeps writing as a fact that the US courts threw out Eringer lawsuits - this is blatantly false! Mad For Monaco doesn't read anything unless it is sycophantic media so he will always remains ignorant, which is how Albert likes his friends. So perfect match. Eringer blogged yesterday something very interesting about the online journal which wrote the article that I posted above. The only media coverage Monaco's PR machine could muster for trumpeting its frivolous action in a French court was Al Bawaba, a purported "Middle East news agency."
Little surprise that Al Bawaba's CEO, Hani JABSHEH, lives... wait for it... in Monaco!
Which makes JABSHEH just another butt-kiss.

I actually sent that to Eringer because this site and his have made me look into any news source before I believe it. After reading a certain blog touting themselves as a royal writer and professional (whose post was anything but professional) I had to know what the connection between this group and Albert was since they were the main "source." I couldn't help but wonder how a Middle East agency get the scoop on this lawsuit when the French would have been happy to listen. Are they tired of the Palace lies and so Albert had to find a new ear piece? It was pretty easy to Google the guy and figure out who he is. He is reported to be work around 100 million dollars. He owns a "super yacht" and often judges Monaco's yacht competitions. His yacht is only available for renting around Monaco and its neighboring ports. I didn't add he lived in Monaco but did note the fact is that he's there all the time. I'm sure there's much more to the connection but my research skills are limited to Google. Jabsheh is best known in the US as the 'editor' who ran the gruesome still photos of the Nick Berg beheading. It was pretty disgusting. I guess that's freedom of speech too but not my cup of tea. I get that no one is unbiased but I expect them to declare their bias when they are reporting. With Fox you know you are getting Murdock's view, with some blogs you are getting Charlene and the De Massey views, etc. This seems to be the only place where the truth is welcome with no spin. I have to comment on the mentioned blogger and to the sycophants prejudiced views on age. I AM one of the post menopausal women who care what happens in Monaco. I guess I'm too "old" and need to by playing shuffle board because I don't want to learn new tricks like lying for money or tiaras. I'm sure one of you "young 'uns" could find more info on the guy on sites I don't know. However, I've been around the block longer so I think I have a bit more experience than Charlene or her panting hordes. It always comes back to haunt you. Everyone gets old and surgery doesn't work forever. We all die.

LOL Great post Mrplowfan. Yes life's a bitch and then you die basically. So it's really sad to see a life wasted (Albert) and a life lived on the surface (Charlene). All that money can buy, and neither is happy because they are not happy with themselves. One can choose to go with the flow and be happy with what one has or be miserable wishing their lives away. JMO.

Thanks for all the information Mr. P! So, Jabsheh doesn't like it when Albert is criticized - her prefers such speech to be shut up. But he thinks it is perfectly fine to show murders beheaded a journalist - who was also a beloved husband and father. Typical behavior of Albert's friends.
Don't worry Mr. P, you are not to old. The age insults was rampart on RoyalDish by one the nastiest posters who fought to have the Monaco section closed and certain posters gone (mainly me). The type of people who glorify Charlene and and actually find nothing wrong with her golddigging behavior are women who share certain traits with Charlene. So insulting Charlene is like insulting them.

I'm waiting for the unauthorized biography on these two to be published in the US -Kitty Kelly style. Can you imagine what would be written? I find it fascinating that those who dislike Kate Middleton love Charlene. The most they can say of Kate is that she's boring, but then she's not trying to be a style icon either. I do wish she had had a stronger work background but at least she has a college degree and is smart - brushing up on her French on her first state visit which was duly reported that she spoke it well. She had what a few months to get back on her game with a foreign language. Then there is Charlene, 5 years and counting, and really no French. JMO

OMG Stahl has apparently either been fired or quit. Eringer posted it this morning. Wow! Didn't we say that stahl would be gone once Charlene gets what she wants. Stahl was never a fan of Charlene and Charlene knew it. Charlene has all the cards now, including the most important one - the "I-know-you-want-an-heir-so-get-rid-of-these-stressful-people-in-my-life-so-I-can-give-you-one card.

The palace has confirmed Stahl departure - who's next? The more people who leave, the more of the rue really dirty story will we hear about he Princess Con artist of Monaco. Eringer wants everyone to believe is all about people not wanting to be around Albert. Trust me, in time the truth will reveal itself and it will show it is about people not wanting to be part of the palace with the con artist of a princess. From Monaco Telecom:
Christiane Stahl left the Palace
August 31, 2011
The whispered rumor, the Palace has now confirmed. Christiane Stahl resigned as communications officer for new horizons:
The Palace announces the departure of Madame Christiane Stahl, Advisor to the Cabinet of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, in charge of communication.
Christiane Stahl decided in accordance with the Sovereign, to leave office. She wants to join Paris where she is called to other responsibilities. HSH Prince wishes to express "its appreciation for the work with him for six years and welcomes his commitment to the Principality of Monaco and the people."

Let's not forget, both Albert and Charlene ALWAYS blame other people for their failures. So, Stahl could just be the scapegoat for Albert and Charlene's farcical made-for-tv wedding was one big expensive bore - no one cared but to see if Charlene bolted - which we knew she NEVER was. Albert thought marrying Charlene was going to be a BIG economical and image BOOM for Monaco, so since it didn't happen it MUST BE the communication director's fault.

Hi everyone! Sorry, I couldn't contrubute much the last month - simply too much work and travelling ;-) but I was following RO as much as I could :-) So Stahl is gone - yippeh!!! We predicted it and it happend! Even sooner than I and maybe some of us expected. Now I'm really curious to see if prediction Nr. 2 will happen to: When Stahl is gone CW will collaps. As I see it she is sooo full of herself that she really thinks SHE made it and doesn't need Stahl & Co. anymore. But CW was made. By Stahl & Co. What's a puppet without its master??? If the made-for-tv-wedding was a success - Stahl, who seemed to be in charge for that strategy - would have had her best time now and would have liked it! But behind the Palace walls the mood doesn't seem to be good ;D Let's see what happens next... OMG - we are good!!!

Charlene was buttering Thierry LaCoste's bread to get the tiara, let's see if she gets rid of him. Although that could be an epic battle for control. I believe Eringer when he says that Albert chooses the path of least resistance, and if so, then what will Albert do when the next resignation comes. I believe Stahl quit since the Palace has not announced her replacement. First it was the chief of staff, now his PR person. If she had been fired, they would have put out a press release by naming her replacement at the same time they were announcing her resignation. None has been forthcoming. Monaco is indeed a mess. I wonder if she was paid enough to retire? JMO

Stahl gone, Jayet gone....when you look at Alberts reign, then you have a lot of goners in these past few years. Stahl should have been fired years ago. SHe did fall out of grace previously until she wrote her way back into the good graces. Still, she is gone and for good reasons. Her press work is a mess. I just wonder if she has any intention of ever coming back or if she will sell her knowledge for some behind the scenes book. Lets see what will happen next press wise. I wouldn't be surprised if Donatella would make a claim. She is buddys with trashy plus she claims to be doing the ladys lunch PR, whatever that is that she is doing seeing that the ladys lunch has no importance even in MC.

The same happened when they fired Marika. They did not have a replacement then either. What applies to other places, does not apply to MC. These people are so full of themselves that they think that the simple fact that they are Monaco will get them a good replacement. The opposite is the case. They have no new chef to the orchestra either and their best young musicians are already leaving. It took them years to replace Janowsky. They forget that the best do not need to look for a job. and the best might have a problem with how MC works. so whom ever they are getting will be expensive but not excellent and in most likelihood not worth the money.
