Found article today in Riviera Radio. Further proof that the world did not fall for Charls being the next Princess Grace, (and might not believe she really had the twins) and does not admire FatAls "leadership" or "lifestyle."
To save the country, in the end, it may take the influence of Princess Caro and her children to re-capture the attention of the spenders and investors.
(What happened to all that Russian money and participation! Unless that's who snapped up the 10%?)
RR Article below:
SBM Sell Stake - The Monaco state has sold a further 10% stake in the luxury hotel, casino and luxury property business Societe des Bains de Mer (SBM). Monaco now retains a 59.47% stake in SBM. The identity of the purchaser, or purchasers, of the shares has not been released. In June, the Monaco government had expressed its interest in finding new investors. SBM is the largest single employer in Monaco but has been posting operating losses recently.

Reposting this. Found on Yachties site. Best I have seen on this topic so far. Monaco plans €1 billion territory expansion into the seaThe tiny superyacht destination of Monaco is set to expand its territory by a further six-hectares in an ambitious plan which includes building a €1 billion platform into the sea. At the moment Monaco consists of an area just more than 2km², of which nearly 100 acres have been recovered from the sea over the past few decades. The new plans will see Monaco reclaim another area of the sea and create a new “neighbourhood” of Monaco. i changed the introduction on this posting. I looked into it and the address IS IN MONACO. 47 Avenue de l'Annonciade, 98000.
I can see on the map that is is in Monaco not France. i guess the French government decided to pursue the graft so the trial is in France.
Article from today's Riviera Radio:
Odeon Tower - Six people are to appear in court in connection with alleged corruption surrounding the construction of the luxury Odeon Tower building in Beausoleil. Among those charged are the Mayor of Beausoleil, Gerard Spinelli, two Monaco entrepreneurs and the owner of a Riviera construction company. The charges are centred around money laundering and fiscal fraud. The case is set to be heard in Marseilles next year.

That's interesting. There more than here the wheels of justice are working because apartment buildings where I live have been used for money-laundering since the Reichmanns made their money from Ponzi schemes...back in the 70s? i changed the introduction on this posting. Still ugly though. I can't believe that trial is taking soooo long. That mayor was arrested/questioned/whatever such a long time ago. Wowzers, way back in 2009! or at least that's what google tells me.... I think the trial is held in France because the bribing took place in France or at least they bribed French peeps. But possibly in MC and/or by MC of course, who knows. But MC is not going to complain or sue because they wanted that tower (so much so that they allegedly bribed some people. Like the mayor of Beausoleil, allegedly.). Unlike the Beausoleilians, who didn't want it but whose right to protest, to complain and to have the project stopped, got swept under the carpet. Imagine living behind that tower in eternal shade and bad views... BTW, am I reading it correctly that Spinelli remained mayor of Beausoleil (formerly Upper-Monaco ) and even got re-elected last year? Politics seem to be the same everywhere.

Yes. And the wheels of justice here are not helped by the fact that Attorney Generals can mow down and kill a cyclist on the sidewalk on the opposite side of the street in a fit of temper and get away with murder, then move in to one of these buildings. Supreme Court judge widows on their morning walks pretty much make statements against the very Crown their husbands made a career passing laws for. If you consider that for at least 50 years, our political system has been overtaken and that politicians are puppets to these criminals, our country's pristineness owes to the fact that we have a placid exterior for one and that the media barons are pretty good at leaving the true statistics out of the news. Canada is so overdue for the creation of a real, original constitution to override all the laws passed to enable these anti-Canadians for decades, it's not funny. My bestie should deputize me, truth be told. I could really clean up if I was properly "hired". I'm probably the lone one with a royal complex and she can keep my annexation impulse in check. That way, she could keep her Commonwealth. I have an army, will travel.

LOL, is that even possible, overcharging for art? Or overcharging in general? If it is fraude, then every shop can close its doors and every worker can retire. IMO, the two deserve each other. And on a Monaco topic, it's sad that Rybolovlev doesn't speak a word of French. He's been around MC for a few years now. Though oddly mirrored in barbie. They should meet up and not speak French together. The warm radiation of meeting a like minded entity and the mutual understanding with regard to the difficulties of annoying minor foreign languages should be enough to keep the whole country warm for the coming winter.

I was sorry to hear it tonight. Any news about how Monaco fared? I do not seem to get more than the same message over and over. Did it pass Monaco on the west?

They say a lot of rain - no damage - yesterday it was sunny in MC
problem is the same everywhere: built on wrong place, too many people, and climate change.
Now thumbs up for Genoa, Turino... this weekend for the North : England, Belgium...

LOL - title in Monaco Matin newspaper: ‘ Floods in Monaco hundred firefighters interventions overnight’ Read: ‘Firefighters intervened in Monaco from 22 hours on Saturday night to assist the residents of the principality, but also neighboring towns. Throughout the night, fourteen vehicles roamed the Principality and the surrounding communities to cope with flooding cellars, parking and other clogged drains. If it took a lot of responsiveness and power, the damage ultimately were not significant and no casualties were reported.’ (Then they find one person in MC that can tell something with a single photo): ‘Erwan Grimaud, Fontvieille Monaco resident, was found in his smart electric, water halfway up the doors of his car. His photographs paint a picture of the most affected area by the rain at Monaco.’ www.monacomatin.mc/monaco/inondations-a-monaco-cent-interventions-de-pompiers-en-une-nuit.2358231.html(pay attention to the height of the water. Most pictures of the surrounding cities, cars and boats, are on top of each other) ‘La Turbie, this is how some motorists were caught in the parking lot of the Mont Agel’ (When Albert and Charlie live in Roc Agel -which is not- they would have indeed awakened - does not happen - Albert was not until Sunday afternoon awake).

‘Erwan Grimaud, Fontvieille Monaco resident, was found in his smart electric, water halfway up the doors of his car. His photographs paint a picture of the most affected area by the rain at Monaco.’ It's still not a negligible amount of water. My guess is that there too it wasn't a light drizzle. Makes me happy I wasn't there for my holidays. I'd probably be one of those stuck in that stranded train. I read btw that some members of the Cannes or Nice fire brigade had to be saved themselves. They started out to help but ended up stuck and needing help themselves, presumably to become unstuck. Which would be funny if the situation wasn't so serious. Just read that they found an 18th victim in Mandelieu. Still some people missing too, so that number might rise in the coming days. link for updates: www.nicematin.com/derniere-minute/intemperies-en-direct-le-bilan-provisoire-salourdit-la-mobilisation-samplifie.2358106.html

fia and iaaf are all corrupt so they should cancel all their events. Time to shut them all down. Or stop watching professional sports. They are all doped and dumb anyways, so might as well bingewatch the duracell bunny advert...
