As usual, Charlene makes sure every bit of information that she wants told about her whereabouts get out. So, Paris Match is the patsy for her. Albert has his Iraqi kid for a prop and now Charlene wants you to see her as the defender of the disable. Oh, I love how the reporter gets a few digs at Charlene: she notes that Charlene's family is living in the Dacha provided by Putin and how Charlene wore flip flops to the Special Olympic benefit in Monaco. Also, she lets us know how Charlene spends her time - shopping. Great digs! Here's the link to the Paris Match article
CHARLENE,A GETAWAY BEFORE MARRIAGE Thursday, June 16, 2011 by Isabelle Léouffre
ROYAL INFO BLOG - Charlene fly to Athens a few days before her wedding. Our special correspondent in Monaco, Isabelle Léouffre - Parismatch.com
In nine days, Charlene will fly to Athens. From June 25 to July 4 will be the thirteenth edition of the 2011 World Summer Games "Special Olympics" 7,000 disabled athletes from 180 countries will compete before the eyes of their new ambassador warned that Monaco regain the eve of her wedding , June 30
Already, 30 May, Charlene had participated only in black dress with pink flowered flip-flops and chic, the "Special Olympics Monaco: road to athens", including the Prince is the Honorary President ... Once again, Charlene will give her time to those who need it. One way to demonstrate what their real priorities.
Until the great day when it will become princess, she goes with ease to his occupation. Thursday morning around 12 am, Charlene arrives at La Turbie, near Roc Agel - where her parents until marriage, in the Dacha, offered by Putin, built in the vast property of Grimaldi. The future princess leads a Peugeot 309 and parks in front of the store she loves decorating. A man from the store opens its chest and it has frames, lamps and all kinds of items she has carefully chosen. Perhaps to redecorate the Palace to his liking?
Then she leaves to find his family Roc Agel. For his part, after work at the Palace, her husband is preparing for a cocktail at the heart of Monaco's Princess Caroline, while presiding in the late evening in the lounge of the Hotel Empire Paris, the graduation of Bachelors of the American School of Monaco.

Well, the reporter also confirms that Putin gave Albert a Dasha which is in violation of IOC rules. I'd say this reporter killed to birds with one stone. JMO

I'm not sure how the IOC can ignore that, now.

I think the IOC is as corrupt as the FIFA. Only they hide it much better.

so what happened to her AUdi? And I still doubt that she will really be going to Athens...And if she does she will only fly by briefly for the photo op. Besides with what is going on she can easily risk to be taken hostage by some very angry Greeks

Charlene even gave an interview (longer than the words that she spoke at the Amber Fashion show). Actually, I wouldn’t even cll this an interview because once you read theses word you will realize there is NO WAY In HELL that the dumb-as-a-rock Charlene that we know who can barely string together three English words to form a grammatical correct sentence made these statements! It is already a published fact that the palace now require for all interviews with their “flagship’ of Monaco that questions be pre-submitted for approval and they are even requiring in certain cases that they approve any final article. Well, it is more than obvious to me that for this interview, Charlene was not only presented with pre-submitted questions, but her answers had to be submitted in writing (or corrected by the palace) to the interviewer - Maureen Rabbitt, the Communications Director of Special Olympics Europe/Eurasia. A clear give away for me is that this interview was written as if it was a letter, even separating Charlene’s responses in paragraphs.
Interview with Special Olympics Global Ambassador Madame Charlene Wittstock
Conducted by Maureen Rabbitt Principality of Monaco, Friday 27th of May 2011
Why did you decide to become a global ambassador for Special Olympics? Madame Charlene Wittstock : Special Olympics is a movement that has always been close to my heart. I have participated in many Special Olympics swimming events in the past in South Africa and it has always been a joy for me to see first hand the power of sport in changing lives for children with intellectual disabilities, not only helping athletes become fitter and stronger, but helping them gain more self confidence, experience joy and make new friends.
I really got so much from these athletes. Most of all they helped me realise that giving is the most beautiful gesture that we can do. I am honoured to be representing a cause dedicated to children and in which sport has its place.
What do you hope to achieve in this role? Madame Charlene Wittstock: Through sports, Special Olympics helps bring about attitudinal change in the way people with intellectual disability view themselves and are viewed and treated by others, replacing misunderstanding and fear with respect, acceptance and inclusion.
By being a Global Ambassador I want to help build around the world more communities of respect, acceptance and inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities.
You are just weeks from becoming the Princess of Monaco. Firstly we would like to say congratulations and ask how you feel this Global Ambassadorship will fit into this new stage of your life. Madame Charlene Wittstock: Yes this is a very exciting time for me and I’m delighted that I begin this new stage of my life in the role as Global Ambassador of Special Olympics. Sport has given me so much in my life not least the values by which I live by. Through Sport I met my future husband. So now Special Olympics provide me the opportunity to give back through sport.
I look forward to playing my part in growing the organisation so that we can reach more athletes, raise more awareness and change more lives. You are expected to travel to Athens for the Opening Ceremony of the Special Olympics World Summer Games. As a former Olympian athlete, what words of advice can you give to the 7,000 athletes preparing to compete in Athens? Madame Charlene Wittstock: I want to wish each of the athletes the very best of luck and success in Athens at the 2011 World Summer Games. I am really looking forward to meeting you there - not just the athletes from Monaco and South Africa but athletes from ALL over the world! You are going to show the world your courage, your spirit and most of all your abilities. Best of luck to you all!
Many thanks! Maureen

CM, one of Charlene's former swim mate Terrence Parkin is deaf and another swim mate Natalie du Toit has a missing leg - so trust me - Charlene is considering her friendship and association with these two swimmers as working with Special Olympics.

LOL apparently she doesn't know the difference between special olympics and paralympics...personally I think that considering the lack of brain this woman has someone should open an extra special olympics for braindead people like herself....maybe she would finally be good enough to win a medal...

Hey ... maybe the Special Olympics turn into a mirror for "Princess Charlene" ? A good russian friend of mine in involved in Russian Special Olympics. She told me what she loves about handicapt people: They use to be VERY honest. When they like a person they say "I really like you". And when they find someone stupid they happen to say: "You know what? You an idiot!"And don't care whether this person is a VIP or CEO. I'm really waiting for someone to tell her "Your look plastic" or whatever journalists or other people would never dare to say or to ask for whatever reason. And because CW will always make sure that a camera is near whenever she interacts with handicapt people THE WORLD BECOMES WITTNESS ;D A real fairytale in Monaco! And a real sincere human being in the role of the mirror ... for a unreal plastic Princess. That would be it ;D ;D ;D

OMG she is looking so much older from month to month and definitly much older than her age - I'd say in her fourties.
A tired unhappy woman with too much money 43+. I know decent woman 55+ and they look beautifull !!! It's no matter of age but approach to life. The older CW becomes the uglier she looks. And surgery just makes it worse. Sorry!
