Anders Kraft of the Swedish TV4 interviewed Albert and Charlene on the day that they had an assembly line of interviews. The interview is in English with Swedish subtitles. The actual interview start at 4:09, here's the link with the title: Anders Kraft has received an exclusive interview with the wedding couple. Why does everyone call THEIR interview of dozens with this couple " exclusive"? This interview is rather comical because Albert breaks down at a point when he gets tired of spitting out these lies. Also, Charlene's facial expression as Albert describes their great love affair with every platonic word possible - except the word love.
Interview start at 4:09 Anders: Your Serene Highness, tell us about that, did you have that moment when you saw her and you thought this is the one for me?
Albert: Well you know, I think it’s uh a fact that we met .. (Albert literally stops and laughs, says something in French, then speaks in English and says “but after this we are marching out” – I think he is talking about all the interviews that they had that day)
Albert (continues): Well you know the fact that we met here at the swimming meet in Monaco, the Mare Nostrum meet, and uh the dinner in the evening that followed the meet then, then I didn’t see Charlene for another five years. Uh, it was kind of a, in two different moments, the initial attraction of course then the, then the uh, and the start of a friendship and then of course it uh, it uh, evolved into, into a relationship. So I think it’s hard to define a moment that really triggered my saying ok I am going to spend the rest of my life with this person. But uh, I think you know it was an evolving process and feelings.
Anders: Charlene, what is he thing that you like the most about Prince Albert? Charlene: Well, he’s extremely charming and he’s extremely loyal and uh he’s patient compassionate person and uh I don’t want to elaborate more on that but (laughs) ok.

Seriously, Charlene's micro expressions with Albert is describing his feelings for her and their relationship really is very revealing. At first I thought that Charlene's desperate "puppy dog" look at Albert was her plea for love from him, but now I see that Charlene only want him to publicly say he loves her to save face fro her publicly. As Royal Pauper stated, she really doesn't care if he loves her or not. Look at Charlene's micro expression as Albert speaks at these moments below Pure Contemptat Albert! This look on Charlene’s face is right at the moment at time 5:06 when Albert ends with the word relationship [Albert says, “Uh, it was kind of a, in two different moments, the initial attraction of course then the, then the uh, and the start of a friendship and then of course it uh, it uh, evolved into, into a relationship.” You can see the desperation on Charlene’s face for Albert to say something else like the word …love. Pure Disgust at Albert! This look on Charlene’s face last only for a microsecond, I had a hard time capturing a screenshot of it, but here it is. It is at time 5:23 right after Albert says the word feelings – Charlene was hoping for some other word – perhaps LOVE. [Albert says, “But uh, I think you know it was an evolving process and feelings.”

God why is she so pathetic? She probably doesn't want to "elaborate more" because she would add: Well, he’s extremely charming and he’s extremely loyal and uh he’s patient compassionate person and uh I don’t want to elaborate more on that but (laughs) he is rich, he has the money to buy me all the jewelery i want, he will make me Princess, is an idiot and doesn't know i'm using him and screwing him, his family and Monaco while he does it!

this interview is in large parts word for word the same interview they did with RTLBelgium. She again insults the journalist with her mobil phone thing. Except her language in this one is a bit clearer. Guess she got a bit of practice in. But even a few mannerisms are exactly the same as in the other interview. the only new bits are the reference to the Swedish wedding. The time oof the interview was stupidly chosen as they got interrupted by the change of guards at lunchtime. It happens every day so whoever set the date is an idiot, hence Albert getting a tad p.o.ed He hates giving interviews and now they have to do several takes due to the interruption. I think it is nice that they showed us all of this as it reveals how rehearsed the answers are, laughter included. Very revealing how quick CW is in taking the gift. She probably thought it was sth valuable...and then she get's a souvenir with Victoria and Daniels picture....she is lucky she is hiding her face from the camera, but you can tell she is disappointed.

seeing how much surgery she has had done to her face/ why does she still have so many wrinkles under her eyes. I am 10 years her senior and I don't even have half of hers. If you just look at the area around her eyes she looks older then Albert.... I'd sack that surgeon. Messing up the face and still looking 53 at 33. What a waste of money...

I agree and he really looks fed up. If you really care about someone then those questions have spontaneous answers.
PA just looks sick of it already.....what was the complaining about the noise. Seems like everything irritates him!

It was stupid of PA to not directly answer those questions. I totally understand why Charlene looked so pissed off at him. He could of at least done the 'fake it till you make it' routine. This was a very uncomfortable interview. I've been avoiding watching interviews of this couple and I shan't watch anymore of them. They are so unpleasant.

Have you noticed that when she speaks she seem to have a peach stone in her mouth (like they say in my parts)? I agree the surgeon should be jailed and the two of them should be sent to an asylum.

He said in French : "oui mais, je savais, je savais que cela arriverait" "Yes but, I knew, I knew that it would arrive" Due to telling their incredible story, this completely false fairy tale, he falters... From my point of view, due to reflecting the compliment loses in spontaneity... At the end, we really have a compliment or a simple hypocrisy to assure a good agreement in a couple? She said twice : Extremely "he’s extremely charming and he’s extremely loyal" he’s patient compassionate person She support on the word "Loyal", for the word : charming : she is lying about, prolonging her pronunciation, to let her the time to find the other compliments... Proof that she has no knowledge of albert. It makes some interview which she undergoes, the same questions often return, but she is incapable to give the other things that charming... Loyal, I think that she makes him an insult (infidelities???). As for the continuation : she says that albert is a compassionate person, but thinks of it in no way. She makes "no" of the head between the compassionate word and nobody. She lies. Albert has of the he to make very acerbic remarks... And it is still for her a way to call back him.

he is talking about the change of the guards khillaree. You can hear the noise in the background.at some point he goes into a few details and ends with and then ...march out. I think that they had to interrupt twice. Considering this it is funny that the answers are each time identical, which shows that not only CW, but also Albert is learning lines. That's sad and funny at the same time. They probably practice their lines together, like wannabe actors. Maybe that's why they put the wedding at the end of the school year: it's their spectacle de fin d'annee

AL & CHAR: NOT THE WORLD'S MOST COHERENT COUPLE
SWEDISH TV INTERVIEW WITH PRINCE ALBERT II OF MONACO AND CHARLENE WITTSTOCK
BROADCAST TODAY IN SWEDEN
REPORTER: Tell us about when you realized that it would be you, together, for the future. Charlene? CHARLENE: [embarrassed, laughing nervously] It’s a weird question, actually, but, um, I think, despite, even if we did not get married, I thought, you know, we would always be close friends, so… I think you can hand it over to him [laughing nervously, turning to Albert]. ALBERT: But I think you know, it was, ah… it’s a… it’s an evolving process, you know, I don’t think that there’s, there’s any given, specific moment in time, it’s not one morning when I woke up and said, “Okay, this is it!”
REPORTER: Was it a moment when you saw her, and you said, “This is the one!”? ALBERT: Well you know it, it came over time, and the fact that we met, uh… over ten years ago, here in Monaco with the international swimming meet, and then the evening of the meet, but then we didn’t see each other for five years, and... I have to stop because there’s too much noise!
REPORTER: Your Serene Highness, tell us about that moment, you saw her and you thought “this is the one!” ALBERT: Well you know I think it’s a… fact that we met…. [here Albert loses his cool, slaps his thigh, turns toward the window with a smile that shows discomfort, then turns towards Charlene, who buries her head in her hands by her knees, and starts to speak in French, even though the reporter is speaking English. Albert, too, switches to French]. No but after this, it’s really over! Well you know the fact that we met here at the swimming meet in Monaco, and, uh, the dinner, and the evening that followed that meet, then, then I didn’t see Charlene for another five years, uh, it was kind of a, in, in two different moments there was theinitial attraction of course and and the… and the, uh, start of a friendship and, and then of course it, uh, it evolved into, into a relationship, and so I think it’s hard to define a moment that really triggered my saying, “Okay, I’m gonna spend the rest of my life with this person,” but I think it was, you know, it’s an evolving process, and feelings.
REPORTER: Charlene, what is the thing you like the most about Prince Albert? CHARLENE: Well, he is extremely charming, and he is extremely loyal, and he’s patient, and a compassionate person and, um… I don’t want to elaborate more on that, but…
REPORTER: You are the sovereign prince of Monaco, and a head of State. In Sweden, we have this discussion about the monarchy and the press. Obviously you are… you have always been the object of the press, in Europe or in the world. What’s your opinion about the old Courts of Europe, and the modern press? Should we leave you alone or should we examine your work? ALBERT: Well I think, uh, it’s a very delicate balance to, uh, to strike between, uh… you know, getting information or, or the word out on, on different initiatives and on different positive things that are happening in, in all of our countries, uh, but for us in Monaco that’s also the, the case and, and then we want to protect our private lives, too, but, that’s not only for us, but for anybody, uh, with, with responsibilities and in public life. Uh, there’s a lot of things that we can do officially and publically, but then there, there are some moments that we want to preserve, for ourselves, and that’s, a bit of, of course, the media, or… they, they are constantly asking for, you know, personal details and, uh, questions of, uh, everyday life, or probing into……into people’s private lives, and so, um, we understand that concern but, but we, you, also, everybody has to understand that everyone is entitled to a private life.
REPORTER: Charlene, do you have any additional comments on that? CHARLENE: Well I find it, you know, a little disappointing sometimes when the press in Europe that, or actually around the world that hop on negative, and they like to probe and dig and find, I mean the media isn’t what it was fifty years ago, so you’ve got, you know, access to everyone. If you have a telephone, you are a journalist yourself, so to have your guard up the whole time is kind of tiring, so we cherish the, the intimate, quiet moments that we have for ourselves because it’s all we have, really.
In fact, downright incoherent.

Hahah, the whole interview is so fake! They don't know what to say, they can't answer with coherent sentences! Albert can't pronunce the word LOVE. He just can't. He knows she is not the one. Oh please, you two idiots stop doing interviews. (Unless they want to entertain us as they do, so go ahead then!)

This Swedish TV4 and the Belgian RTL was the only two European TV stations which was lucky enough getting the interview with the couple. It was sent in their Sunday morning magazine but I was uninterested to this by preferring this board much more.

This woman is crazy, really She tells the media they should stop comparing her to Grace after dressing and styling for years like Grace!!! She LOVES the limelight and posing (which she consideres work) and giving interviews since directly after TURIN (before even Albert said something about this relationship - which is very telling) they do all for TV and then she comes up with this???: "If you have a telephone, you are a journalist yourself, so to have your guard up the whole time is kind of tiring, so we cherish the, the intimate, quiet moments that we have for ourselves because it’s all we have, really."... is it schizophrenia or simply brainblond Charlene who can't get her lies straight? You are a journalist if you have a telephone She will have to deal with REAL journalists - it's already starting and the Palace PR-flunkies will be unable to handle it ;D ;D ;D So in a way ... Charlene helps to clean Monaco

that's a learned sentence. And it is long. too long for birdbrain to remember. Hence every time she delivers it, it comes out as an insult to journalists. As if a phone makes you a journalist. I know someone thought it sounds smart as they heard sth similar during the green revolution in the news. But they are taking it out of context and getting parts of it wrong. They have to learn to chop things into short sentences for the duo, so they can wrap their heads around the grammar. Making long sentences is only smart if you manage to finish them correctly. In the opposite case it makes you look stupid. And even more so when everyone knows that you lack knowledge and education to understand complex matters.

It is indeed insulting -and not done- if you sell an ‘exclusive’ interview and pass it on to others. Question & Answer! Who do they think that they are?
Dirt for Fait Divers. ;D
