The one thing I will say Eringer got right was that LaCoste has screwed up on more than one occasion. Here is another example. The moment this rumor came up, the palace should have squashed it and offered L'Express an interview or photo op with the couple. They did not get in front of this one. Albert would do well to get another lawyer. At some point one of these newspapers are going to make the Grimaldis and LaCoste go to court just as Eringer is doing. LaCoste shouldn't have ignored Eringer either. Another one they should have put the lid on quickly. Not to mention the Nicole publication in Paris Match. and on and on.

OMG! Albert really has only morons working for him. The latest article from L'Express states in the suit filed by Lacoste he did not ask that the article be removed from its website - Lacoste wants to know their sources! Do you guys understand what this mean. Obviously they know that this is true, but they want to know who among Albert's confidantes spilled the beans. They only want to know the sources. Thank you Lord for answering my prayers and exposing this farce of a relationship and wedding! From L'Express:
Wedding in Monaco: Prince's lawyer asks for evidence Express
By AFP 28/06/2011 at 14:11, updated at 18:29
MONACO - The lawyer for the Prince Albert II, Mr Thierry Lacoste, L'Express asked to provide evidence after claiming on its website that the Monaco royal wedding would be jeopardized by leaving Charlene Wittstock, we learn from the 'hedomadaire.
Following a summons in chambers, the Express had initially indicated he would remove the article posted Tuesday saying the South African bride of Prince Albert "would want to interrupt preparations for his marriage and leave "in his country for reasons related to the Prince, without explaining them.
The princely palace of Monaco, told AFP, had described the article as "false allegations". "These rumors are only intended to seriously damage the image of the Sovereign, consequently that of Miss Wittstock and bear heavily on this happy event," added the Palace in a statement.
"Counsel for the Grimaldi intends us to provide evidence of what we have argued, of course, we will invoke the confidentiality of sources," he told AFP Renaud Revel, a journalist with the Express. "The assignment does not ask us to remove the section of the site," he said.
The royal couple to get married Friday (civil marriage) and Saturday (religious ceremony).
Eringer has to be laughing his head off at all this. As I said, LaCoste is an idiot.

I would think he is just like we are - he is right about Lacoste!
Right Hibou - Just look at how they handled that mess with him.

I can believe it but that the reason was that A cheated is not very logical.
Unless there is something big coming up that they cannot stop and she preferred to run away. So the months after the wedding are going to be really interesting.

Just got back from the music academy and it seems that down to the children everyone in Monaco knows and not many believe that the wedding will take place. I will read up a little on what has been written and then when I have time later post what I have heard, been told etc. I've heard that there will be a wedding. My friends in Monaco told me the same thing as paca. Monegasque know about afp express and so on.

The article is still on the internet, so I suppose that L'Express has not yet received "le référé" or that L'Express is right.

I think the opposite in everything that you stated. This is one of those cases, where the palace should have flat out ignored this story and definitively not vehemently deny it as they did. The denial by the palace and Albert's lawyer actually brought more attention to the article's claims. The childish photo opp that they did today to show that they are a happy and loving couple was a big mistake because they actually focused attention to the most damaging portion of the rumors - that Albert has been unfaithful throughout the courtship and there is yet a another child out . Actually, the focus of L'Express' article was that Charlene was a run-away bride - L'Express did NOT mention any specifics. So, all he palace had to do was present CHARLENE and not the couple to disprove the main focus of the article! Charlene should have attended an event in Monaco this morning and just laugh off the rumors and just say I am really looking forward to representing and serving the people of Monaco or a simply lying flattery comment that Charlene normally makes about Monaco. That's all they needed to do! The focus is limited to Charlene is not a runaway bride - pay no attention to these rumors. Instead, these morons want to try to convince people (who by the way weren't convinced before) that not only is Charlene not a runaway bride, but Albert and Charlene are happy and in love. Too big of a reach for after an article like L'Express. L'Express is a serious news magazine so Albert and Charlene would have been eaten alive in an interview, so Stahl was right not to do this. Besides, Dumb and Dumber didn't avail themselves to any of the serious news magazines in their roadshow tour of interviews, so I doubt that they would have started three days before the wedding.

"Please believe me, none of this is true, and we think it comes from utter jealousy," Stahl said. This is confirmation that MS. PEA BRAIN got this "jealousy" notion from Ms. Stahl - and she bought it because she is a PEA BRAIN!

Want to take bets on CHARLENE'S FATHER! How did they get Albert so thin on those pics?Doesn't look like the same guy from the weekend looks like a "wide angle" lens was used to take the pics which can distort a photo. looks like distortions in all the photos. thus, a true representation of the twisted world he lives in!!!!

Say what you will, the point of my comment is that LaCoste is a screw up and the PR people are just idiots for the photo op today. You are probably right that they would have blown an interview. Charlene usually plays more to the camera, she has trouble doing so today. It is she who can barely put her arm around him in the video. The whole thing was more than awkward.

Reuters newsagency is carrying it now. Means this will be going everywhere with Reuters and AFP selling their articles. Seen the Reuters running on Yahoo. There is no way in hell that they can put this back into the box. Pandora Stahl and her idiot supporter Lacoste opened it wide. The next few days it will be in all people blogs. They will now just have to check back with Nice police who was on duty at the said date. They will have written a report about this and of course they can talk. If they can proof that, then at least part of the article is true which lends credibility to the rest....so guess where the journalists will headed the next few days uk.reuters.com/article/2011/06/28/uk-monaco-wedding-idUKTRE75R5SW20110628
