Hi, i'm new to all of this so please bare with me. I been following the Prince Albert of Monaco & Charlene Wittstock since the wedding of this year. I've also been following this board for while, i'm just curious and prehaps i'm out of the loop here but why do you all have hate Charlene so much? I'm not a fan or anything but you keep calling her trashy, am i missing something that hasn't been mentions before? I personally feel that she was forced to married Prince Albert and that why she burst out crying. In the recent interview i saw no body chemistry and happiness and she never explained why she was crying that day. Could anyone please explains to me a little back story or point me to a thread where this has been explained before. I'm also not dissing any of you, i just feel like while reading on here that i have missed something. Also what all this talks about Prince Albert shady past? What is that all about? i call her trashy because she is IMO white trash. she lived with him for YEARS, has never held a job (other than "doing" him and her failed swimming "career"< that's a joke) has had so much plastic surgery it's impossible to list them all, she's vulgar, has no class, she's proud of her ignorance and bragged about dropping out of school in 8th grade because she didn't like to study and swimming was more important. she's a gold digging nasty piece of work, a con woman that's got power now (the firings and resignations have already started). i like FatAl even less, he's a hypocrite, womanizing, twit. everytime either one of them open their mouths it proves what fools they are. he preaches green but takes a helicopter 10 miles and his gas sucking lear jet on little jaunts every week. he's a disgrace, weak, stupid and corrupt. IMO he is using his various foundations to launder money for terrorists and his thug friends in the mafia, paying them back with under the table deals. he's already been connected to several "ponzi" type real estate schemes. he has no morals, integrity or intelligence HE MARRIED the same kind of person which means Moronaco is dOOmed! she's lazy and will only do what she want to do (proudly stating this in numerous interviews), and apparantly is so stupid she can't learn a few phrases of french. she's smug, dumb and ugly WHAT's NOT TO HATE? in my personal opinion she is a trans-sexual and FatAl paid for all the surgeries to make "her" into in mother and that's just SICK. but i've seen numerous stories of his kinky habits including being bi-sexual, so it all fits JMO they deserve each other. i hope they're both miserable and mean to each other concubine deserves all the sh@@ she's got to eat, she worked hard on her knees for it JMO JMO if you really want the answers to your question, look at all the back threads, you can actually watch her face change and her boobs expand, along with interviews and videos. she's trash, the worst kind of white trash now that she has money (but still no taste or style, she wears the most expensive dress in the room and still looks like crap) but that is trashlenes style NONE i've been following the Grimaldis since i was a little girl, i adore princess grace (but admit she had some failings) i think Caroline and her children should be the heirs, she's twice the man her brother could ever hope to be >intelligent, well spoken and loves her country, unlike FatAl that is as corrupt and crooked as the worst banana republic dictator. There is no freedom of the press or speech in Moronaco, most royal forums are owned and run by palace monkey flunkies so they do not allow the true stories or anything bad to be printed about their meal ticket, you will not read any truth on those boards. there are stories out there because the media (other than the tabs being paid off) doesn't buy this non dynamic duo's farce anymore than we do, even when it's a "good" article there's usually a little snark about her man shoulders or the lack of chemistry or her cold dead doll eyes. they are NOT and i predict never will be media darlings known around the world (which is what she married him for and now she's furious NO ONE cares) he married her because he thought after he saw the attention Victoria of Sweden's wedding garnered, it'd be good for Moronaco, HE WAS SOOOOOOOOO WRONG ROFL 56 million $$$$ later and the press just gets worse (snickering) as usual he touches it and it turns to caca. they are a JOKE i follow them strickly for the amusement factor and the chance to laugh when KARMA catches up to them..... |

First of all she was not forced to marry Albert. You don't get forced to travel around the globe doing nothing for years. SHe has not worked, she has not bothered to learn the language of the country she is representing, and that not only because she is intellectually challenged, but for the simple reason that she never bothered to show for a single lesson. I have lived for almost 11 years there, and the place is small enough that everyone knows exactly what is going on. I have seen her on several occasions before all her surgeries and the money that has been spent on her. I have seen how she treats people and know people who have had to deal with her. SHe has been described as being cruel. I have met Albert on plenty of occasions and been invited to the palace. I attended Rainiers funeral and Alberts enthronement. I have seen these people beyond what paparazzi pics show, I know what their people expect and how they think. So my observations are not based on tabloid fodder, but on firsthand observation. I have seen some of the locals shocked, when they saw trashy in real lif for the first time. And I have to say trashy really was what applied best to her. Normal local people took more care of themselves with less money at their disposal, looking much smarter and more sophisticated then her. She always looked like she needed a good scrub. Her hair was always messy and her clothes looked as if she had slept in them. This woman was going out with a head of state in his own country. She didn't bother to learn the language of the country, nor to learn anything about MC. Plainly, for someone wanting to represent a people, she has done nothing at all during all these years to acquire the necessary qualification. All she did was make herself available for photo ops. And in most of them she was either inappropriately dressed or displayed a thorough disinterest in the occasion. For someone wanting the job, she did less then minimum effort. She made it very clear from the beginning that she did not care what people thought of her (which can be of advantage to an extend in the profession, but when applied to the degree as to not listen to experienced people giving advice it is stupidity and not a positive trait) or expected of her. The only changes she made were exterior as that seemed from her point of view the only thing between her and getting what she wanted: recognition and a lifestyle. And she never even bothered to hide it. No other princess has so actively worked to get the job. No other princess was so obviously not about the man, but about the title and the adoration she was hoping to get through it. This woman lives to be admired. And Albert has given her the opportunity to get that for nothing. This woman was not forced to marry. If anyone was forced then it was Albert, through expectation of his advisors, his position and his own silly actions. Her tears were the tears of an athlete who succeeds were she didn't think that she would make it over the finishline. It has been noted on several occasions by journalists who met her, that she had no idea about Alberts plans and could at no point be sure that he really was going to marry her. Sorry, but anyone who ever had a relationship knows fairly quickly if the relationship is going somewhere or not. You can tell by the way a person treats you, how they feel. Look at the pics of the couple going to Japan before the wedding. Look at how Albert treats her like an afterthought in front of his peers. That tells you clearly how little respect he has for her and how unloving this relationship is and has always been. There is plenty of video footage similar to the Japan visit. If you really want to understand why people dislike her, then you have to read a lot and look at a lot of pics and videos. And if you have also been harrassed by her and her hangers on on various boards, then you may understand, why people here do not like her. On at least three boards posters here have been censored and intimidated for criticising her. Boards have been closed or partly closed as a result of her intimidation practices. This is the only board in English, were people can speak freely about her. It does not matter whether you like her or not in order to post here. It is not necessary to say that you are a CW hater in order to post here. The only thing that people here ask is, that if you say sth, you give a reason. If you like her, then we would love to know why. If you dislike her, then we like to know why as well. Most of us have known each other for quite some time, so we know where people are coming from when they make a statement. No need to reinvent the wheel each time over. If you are interested in why someone argues the way they do, then you can click their avatar and read their posts. If you are sincere in your question, then you will just have to read a lot.
As to Alberts past, there are plenty of threads on the forum, where you can read up on that.

I concur with everything you said. welcome simplyanna7 - so you know - I have spent considerable time in the company of both PA and CW - and I absolutely agree with everything that has been said about her. Everything about her is shockingly appalling. But what is worse is that PA evidently is so dumb that he bought this arrogant mess! That's the thing that shocks me the most. I found out what a pretender PA really is, and I had to come to terms with the realization that he has made a complete mockery of Monaco and his parents legacy.

Welcome simplyanna7! I'll put it short: agree with most of the things said here, especially with countess. There is just one sentence in paca's post I don't agree with (sorry  ) "No other princess has so actively worked to get the job." If she had really worked she would have: - not accepted to live six years like a mistress - finished school (many other princesses have even studied ! and worked - even while having already a relationship with their future Prince - like Sylvia, Maxima and Letizia and many others) - learned French - improved her English - get a personal coach to teach her about conversation, art, politics, economy, social life ... so many things one LOVES to learn about  if one is truely interested in people, the world, Monaco... - worked for anyone else but herself during the time Albert payed her bills: I know sooo many people who work to earn money in order to be able to do some social work for free. I'm one of them and CW pretending to do Charity work when she shows up for an event she hasn't even organized is simply   and a slap into the face of people who really care for others. - found a role for herself independently of Monaco and Albert ... for herself and to show Albert that she means HIM and not the title. But Charlene didn't do anything of that. She was even unable/ unwilling to prepare for her first interview after the engagement with three 100% predictable questions Charlene was not eager for a job. She was eager for easy life and fame without obligations. And I guess that's why many don't like her. A woman with more heart, soul, intelligence, energy, true interest for people and Monaco might have changed Monaco to the better. But Charlene sucks out the energy of Monaco, Albert... as far as I can see. That's why I, personally, don't like her. She should just say thanks for the past years and go away. But can I ask a question? Do you see reasons to like CW and which? |

With worked I did not mean that she prepared herself. All other princesses were much better prepared then her. I meant that she wanted to be princess above all. She did not care much for the man to go with it, whereas all the others were first and above all about the man they were going to marry. Trashy worked the boards and the press as much as possible to have them promote her. She had them on speed dial and knew exactly that for a little info they would give her a good article. As long as she keeps feeding them, she knows she can count on them siding with her. Even those who don't buy the story think that she is the victim, when instead she is the instigator. But even if she would have wanted the job for the job, I think I would have cut her some slack as if she would have learned the language etc and would have really shown a capacity to turn things around and e sort of a manager for MC, then a good one would have done well, even if she was not into the man. I believe the locals would have accepted her more readily, if she would have shown that she was serious about the job. But trashy has her own idea about what it means to be princess. She thinks it's enough to dress in expensive clothes, have expensive jewelry and show up for photo ops. She thinks that what people read in the tabloids is all there is tothe job and she does not want to do more then that. And she is convinced that people need to adore her for doing that. Whereas the real princesses really work and know that it is not about them, but about the cause or the occasion. trashy is a tabloid princess, nothing else and she never aspired to be a real one.

I wonder...i guess she knows monegasques don't like her, right? I wonder she cares about that or not. Mmmm...well, she probably doesn't. She probably doesn't give a f*ck as long as she receives expensive jewellery, clothes, and her beloved tiara.
As i think she only cares for herlsef and herself only, i keep thinking that she won't get pregnant. She doesn't like children. She won't be able to be "fat" or carry a baby belly that could make her figure look worse than already is. Albert doesn't care for children, neither does she.
But on the other side...she needs to have something that keep her close to that luxury life style she has, and that's the baby.
Lately, these two have been so boring, that the only thing that makes me watch them, is the posibility of an heir. And if rumours are true that she is infertile, plus what Albert said in the Today Show interview...the end of the marriage is matter of time.
About not liking Charlene: you guys have explained it so well! There's nothing to like about this moron. People that like her don't see the obvious. There are only few flunkies that think that this idiot is beautiful, has class and can do something for Monaco. People that have more than two brain cells realize that all this is a farse and there's almost nothing that can be done to make Monaco's reputation better.

Monaco has had the most glamurous and elegant princesses. Caroline is a very intelligent woman, and she was the first lady for almost 30 years. If only she had made an effort to reach the expectations, I´d had another opinion of her. But I agree with all the statements above. This travestite looking, lazy, good for nothing bimbo does not deserve to bear that title.

All I can add to your question is, I liked the girl at the beginning. But, after seeing the pictures and reading the "other" side of the stories, there is absolutely NO way you can like her. She is a white trash bimbo. I feel sorry for Monaco.

I think cm7007 is right...most of us are actually more shocked by Albert then WC. He had proved to all of us (what people in his inner circle knew and were saying behind his back) that he is nothing more than spoiled, overrated poser and pretender. WC had definitely brought out the worse in him. In her company he truly shows himself in his right light...superficial, shallow, poser and pretender...just like his wife.  |

I remembered back in 1998 watching the world music award, Mariah Carey was on it and she wearing such a low cut dress, it was more of a belt than a dress. I remembered watching and seeing Prince Albert completely perving over her (i since seen the picture of him eyeying up Rihanna) and could take his eyes off her, urgh i was thinking what a pervert. I also read Eringer blog about his under-the-table-deal (did his blog btw get shut down? now it all about art and Putlins), is there anywhere i can read further about the scandal of Prince Albert? It like something out of a Bond movie. I heard about the plastic surgeries, if he did make her an image of his mother than i do agree that it is SICK! Urgh that is pure creeeepy!! She does wear dress that does not flatter her body and i seen her fashion mistake on Getty and she need to hire a stylist. I have as well, i grew up watching Grace Kelly films and i would read them in glossy magazine, but since the internet i'm able to see behind the gloss.. Yeah i heard there no freedom of speech and any bad report will get dimissed and vanished, kinda like Sciencetology. I think he wanted to also haves the same kinda of attentions as the Wills & Catherine Wedding and it went wrong. The point i'm trying to make is that i personally feel Catherine has a lot more graced and elegant but cause Charlene is blond she get the upper hand and people think she soo graced and elegant and people would diss Catherine cause she isn't blond. Charlene always looked bored and expressless where i Catherine would be excited and be smiling. If you read any of the Britsh Press, especially the DM the comment would be 'oh wow she so beautiful' 'oh wow she is so sad' 'oh wow what an unhappy couple'. There was a picture in the newspaper showing Charlene cuddling an orphan and the comment here in the uk was that why didn't Catherine do that? Oh Charlene care more that Catherine..blah blah. I remember reading this and thinking why are the press comparing those two? Did anyone see the Cancer kid on the Canada trip and how Catherine treated that kid, i heard she even personally wrote to her, i thought that was a lovely guesture. Would Charlene do that and somehow i can't picture her doing that. I hope i made my point clearer. One last thing, when i was young, my parents took me to Monaco cause my dad is race car fanatic. There always told me they will never returns as it was the worst hoilday ever. Apparently i was being noisy in a resturant, i was just a toddler and i was throwing food around, my parents got thrown out and was still forced to pay the bill. Eveywhere they go to was exprensive and was a rip-off, my mum accidently brought a knock-off Chanel bag and only realised once she got home. My dad never got to see the monaco race car as he couldn't get ticket and he was soo dissapointed. I always had the image of Monaco as being the ideal setting for a Bond film. I like to end this epic posting by saying thank you so much for all your reply, you guys certainly made me thinking (despite feeling ill!). I always found Prince Albert creeepy!! i'm going to shut up now. |
