Is that light caramel brown? It's hard to see. CC is dumb for missing that. And I agree, as far as wives, even without intellectual depth she could be more proactive either making her husband and family the focus or taking an interest in the culture.

Looks like Albert (and Emmanuel Macron) are missing an opportunity by not being at the COP24 environmental summit. The world gave us responsible government a few centuries ago, when will it give us responsible corporate governance in terms of picking up their garbage? It's like these bohemian stateless corporate "persons" descending on countries like they're hotels and expecting housekeeping to pay themselves for the "privilege" to clean up after them!? It's insane. You can't fully blame the Gilets Jaunes when you try to ram down such an unnatural notion. You pollute, you should contribute for the cleanup. Not pass the bill like some cheapskate. Some companies do have programs whether reforestation etc. It should be second nature. No pub intended (I lie).

I for one would not hesitate to hire Priyanka Chopra's wedding planner 😃 I love Vish Puri novels though they make me hungry just reading them. Since I was small, my mother and I both agreed Indian women were the most beautiful. L'Oreal is right on top of that too. I'm a Sag Paneer addict (right after Molokhia). What's that other book, about the flipside, written by an Australian on the lam...argh I'll remember later, but still it gives you a bigger picture. Shantaram.

He looks more at home there than ahem others. They do look like an average, normal family mind you. It is something I think Grace would have liked. It's very democratizing 😃 (especially in an era of plebeians cum princes with fake top secret clearances growing out of their britches...)

This is an interesting documentary about the every day life at the Palais Princier.

Fat Al appeared on a segment of 60 Minutes on Sunday evening. He said "blah, blah, blah … my mother … we used to have visitors like Frank Sinatra, Gregory Peck …" It's very telling that he still needs to reach back to his mother's legacy. Sadly, he isn't building his own.
BTW, lots of people over on RF are voicing their disappointment w/Trampy's lack of visibility as a consort. Of course, MP has piped-up in her defense. What a shock!

Nostalgia is everwhere but celebrities are less luminous today. And less mysterious with social media. There's no aura of true sophistication much. And those who are luminous are into very healthy lifestyles. Gambling and topless suntanning or luxury shopping or whatever is not indicative of glamour at the moment. If Albert's policies were daring again, the cachet factor would rise. He does however carry the weight of an uninterested wife, who doesn't participate in civic life etc. But he chose her. Her ideal was to land a prince so she could be taken care of, and he probably didn't want someone competing for the spotlight or to be an intellectual challenge. Not all is lost. They're filling in as the children grow. A place transcends its generations, I suppose. What's maybe important is the Happiness Index of Monaco's citizens. But as far as celebrities? It's not Albert's fault and you have to admit, Grace was something else. Fat Al appeared on a segment of 60 Minutes on Sunday evening. He said "blah, blah, blah … my mother … we used to have visitors like Frank Sinatra, Gregory Peck …" It's very telling that he still needs to reach back to his mother's legacy. Any word from Albert regarding the burning of Notre Dame?
I was in tears. How tragic.

His buddy Arnault has pledged 200 million euros. I wonder if his former employees from closed up French factories who survive on 5 euros a day to feed their family and cling to their roof are feeling the irony. No tax breaks for them either. 🤔 Nevertheless a generous pledge. Any word from Albert regarding the burning of Notre Dame? I was in tears. How tragic.

Albert in Calabria: www.noblesseetroyautes.com/le-prince-de-monaco-en-calabre/Better him than me. Perhaps he could appeal to whoever from those regions has been locally executing the wishes of a bunch of liars bothering me forever. I would like to know by what right, what misguided claim, I have to put up with the life's intrusion? There must be so many other people to bother, whose lives to meddle in - seriously. Basta!! Ugh
