PPDA: And this was the woman whom you needed? Albert: I think... *** Reporter: "Is Charlene Wittstock your soulmate?" Albert: "I don't know if she is ...I don't know yet.
I wondered if these were the lunches that Charlene alluded to she attends in her definition of "work" in her interview with Jenny Crwys-Williams. Any opinions if Charlene does or should attend these diplomatic lunches?

charlene "attending" these lunches is really code for "getting her face fixed" or some other body part. imo she probably doesn't even know half the time albert receives these dignitaries. that's why she and her flunkies watch these boards so much to find out where he is and who he's with -- being they only spend a few days a month together. heck i wonder if she even knows where to be and what to do her wedding day ... i'm just sayin...
I can't imagine Albert (or rather, his flunkies who're pulling the strings) are letting Charlene anywhere close to actual government business. She might open her mouth and say something, and then where would they be? She only gets to go along for foreign tours to promote Monaco (and look how well that's working) and for big formal occasions in Monaco where she can show off either how well she gets along with Albert's sisters, or how dignified she can behave herself in church.
And I don't think she's interested in diplomatic business either. This is boring political stuff, so why would she want to bother with it? I'd actually be more concerned if she were taking an interest in it, because that could turn dangerous if she decided to try her hand at ruling the country.
Thanks for sharing Madame, what a goof he looks like with someone holding an umbrella gEEz! what a p***y.
who's the greasy guy on his left, he looks familar? looks like he needs a bath
Countess, that "greasy guy" is Steven Saltzman, who is the very wealthy owner of Top Marques Monaco. Eringer spoke of him several times in his blogs, "And, of course, there was FLOATER’s recent meeting in Paris with Steven Saltzman and Thierry Lacoste. Eringer read FLOATER’s report aloud to the Prince: A bizarre situation from the start with Steven Saltzman. He’s loud, rude, aggressive, obnoxious and overbearing." Just Google "Steven Saltzman Eringer" and you will see the blog entries.
Albert is the patron for Top Marques. Madame Concorde already noted that Albert was at the opening day of the exhibit; Pierre was there also.
Actually I posted this Eringer question on another thread then realized that this person had been mentioned here.
De Massy: Is the mentioned Saltzman the same one who bragged about having a sex video of Prince Albert? I've heard he's good friends with Lacoste.
Journal de Quebec, 26 April 2011 Translation courtesy of Google:
LONDON | After painting Kate Middleton and Prince William, Montreal artist André Monet received another royal warrant yesterday to portray the Prince Albert II of Monaco, whose marriage is civil planned for the month of July.
He had just learned the good news when I met him at the Opera Gallery yesterday afternoon. Located on New Bond Street, one of the most prestigious streets of London, the gallery exhibits Picasso and Paul McCartney and has several stars as clients.
André Monet, 45, lives in London since 9 months and already have all the doors open. Opera Gallery, which also represents the Quebec painter Corno, made him a very special request last December, that of painting the portraits of the royal couple. They will be given as gifts to the couple this weekend, even though they said they would prefer not to receive gifts, but gifts to a list of 26 charities.
A warrant majestic
"I spent to give them a box of chocolates for Christmas and they offered me this. I could not believe it! "Says one who worked in graphic design, advertising and fashion in Montreal before devoting himself full time to painting at the age of 35. It took five years to prepare his first exhibition.
"Andre is a portrait of my favorites was the best person to carry out a mandate as majestic," said Jean-David Malat, director of the gallery that has good contacts with Buckingham Palace and the entourage of Prince Charles. He hoped that the portraits will be found in the residence of the couple.
"This is a paper collage of old books on the monarchy and I painted with acrylic on top with a toothbrush to finish," says Andre about tables that face in the gallery to those of Prince Charles and Lady Diana painted by none other than Andy Warhol.
