Albert also attended the farewell concert of French singer Eddy Mitchell in Paris on Sunday night, September 4th. Distributed by French news agency AFP:
Farewell to the scene of Eddy Mitchell, "we must go now"
06 September 2011
PARIS - "And the curtain fell on the screen", as ending the "Last Picture Show" Eddy Mitchell on stage at the Olympia on rock reappears in blue bathrobe, "he must go now," joked there after the last reminder of the final concert of his farewell tour.
The last recital began with a message broadcast by loudspeaker in the legendary Parisian venue, some hundreds of meters from the Golf Drouot, temple of rock of the 60s when Claude Moine, aka Eddie, had started with the black socks.
"Long life to my brother Edddy, I kiss her and I love him, Johnny Hallyday is speaking to you." Eddy on the scene, Olympia is rising for the first time. A few dance steps and gestures of "air guitar", he attacks: "It's a rocker," pressing "in rock, there is also the word heart."
For nearly 70 years, energy is intact, the swaying is a languid swing of twists up impeccable. "Glad to see you again!" lance he gained an audience, but smug moved, very moved and even, among which the Prince Albert II of Monaco

What happened to my post about Albert at tonight's Yacht Club event? Post has disappeared... Is the Palace now censoring this forum? This is very strange.

www.timeslive.co.za/politics/2011/09/21/mandela-pips-federernever heard of this magazine, i have to wonder how big a payola bribe had to be passed under the table, then i see he's in company with castro and chavez.....that seems about right Former president Nelson Mandela has been ranked first in a perception assessment of 54 of the world's most visible leaders, according to the Reputation Institute.
President Jacob Zuma came 35th, behind the likes of actress Angelina Jolie (12th), the institute said in a statement on Wednesday. The Dalai Lama was ranked 13th, US president Barack Obama 14th, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg 20th, footballer David Beckham 24th, the pope 26th, Prince Albert of Monaco 28th and Madonna 29th. Zuma beat Wikileaks founder Julian Assange (37th), entertainer Lady Gaga (41st), Hugo Chavez, president of Venezuela (49th), George W Bush (50th) and Cuban leader Fidel Castro (51st). Mandela, who has retired to his home in the Eastern Cape, beat tennis star Roger Federer, who came second. Just over 51 000 members of the general public in 25 countries were asked to assess these individuals using the institute's "RepTrak Pulse" to measure their reputation on a 0-100 point scale based on four attributes in April-May 2011.

On September 24, at Salle Garnier, the Charity Monaco Aide & Presence is holding a special entertaining evening, featuring Beth Hart, the world famous soul singer.
Supported by HSH Prince Albert II, Honorary President of the Monaco-based Charity, the event will raise funds to finance the construction of a children's school in the mountain regions of Nepal.
On behalf of all, I invite you to attend the event and purchase your tickets for this great cause and entertaining evening.

well, I guess that won't stop the bad press. They will soon go speculating and then you will have them everywhere together for the press. which then will generate more bad press until Albert has a spas attack again

btw it seems that Albert skipped the Uno this year. He always attended before. Did he realize how insignificant and useless he is among real statesmen?
