Caroline -- proof of a woman who knows how to age gracefully. So could we if we had her financial means.

I have seen her on a normal day without the ball makeup and I have to say you don't need money to age like her. Actually, if she wouldn't be such a heavy smoker and drink less, she might actually look even better. Have to say though that she still aged better then STeph, who btw has the same financial means...

Let's hope it's that her grandson grows up to be healthy, smart, and happy.

That's nice! I recall that was it Andrea or Pierre who had gone to Medjugorje? Those trips warm the heart

i agree paca, that color is not complimentary, nor the style. bland results and it looks like a basic block bodice from design 101. a simple lace cape/shawl/scarf could have given it some interest and hidden part of her arms. (even i don't go sleeveless when i know i am going to be photographed.) i don't know why she has not caught on. perhaps she had some sun glare in her eyes to cause that expression. she does communicate nicely with artists!

Her purse, which contained "a checkbook and cash for an indeterminate amount" was deposited on the back seat. Taking advantage of the darkness, a robber approached, broke the glass with stones and grabbed the bag and fled on a scooter with an accomplice. The license plate of the scooter has been proven incorrect. Thanks to the DNA from the stones that the suspect, aged 37 and born in Aubervilliers (Seine-Saint-Denis) was identified in June while serving a sentence of four years in prison for theft and receiving stolen robbery. He "denies the facts, recognizing have already committed robberies," according to the prefecture. wonder why she would take that route, if it was notorious... could have ended quite differently... you are right, bad route to take. does not mention a passenger or security guard. i wonder why they don't have more cops there. they admit the problem!

in this article they are wondering about her shoes etc, but why didn't they finish up her dress? It looks like the seamstress left midwork... The earings and shoes etc are IMO a bow to the occasion, the dinner at the Villa Paloma. I think when you attend a charity dinner in profit and for the modern art museum, wear a simple dress, then you can be a bot eccentric with the accessories. I believe she wore the bracelet before to the Roseball a few years back. I think it was the punk themed one... de.lifestyle.yahoo.com/blogs/stylebar/prinzessin-caroline-seltsamen-barfu%C3%9F-pumps-132037922.html
