So let me see if I get this straight... First, IDF cadets were threatened with court martial if they didn't drop the issue of suspicious Hamas activity weeks before the 7th attack: www.businessinsider.com/idf-lookouts-warned-commanders-about-hamas-threatened-with-court-martial-2023-11(I'm going to skip for now on the slightly cinematic Mission Impossible-ness of the hand gliding into enemy territory.) Next we have IDF shooting Israeli festival goers from helicopter in what's called the Hannibal (operation?). Then you have all this "WMD" talk in tunnels and an underground bunker actually built by Israelis under Al Shifa hospital. (I'm skipping on the elevator shaft images stuff too). You know what I think? I think it reeks of these stupid military events where thousands of Muslims end up killed... under Arab leadership. So, I think this WW3 bad script is what's probably really going on under the guise of Abrahamic accords. The train route is a pipe dream and people are now bringing up the alternative to the Suez canal owned this time by Israelis. I'm starting to believe Palestinians are just in the way, to these people.

I thought a mandate would fasttrack the attainment of equal rights for all, notwithstanding the colonial aspect. That was my one step back, two steps forward approach. There won't be enough faith towards the US ever after this. Then I thought on the basis of Outstanding Universal Value surely the UNESCO could expand its notion to encompass an entire country that means so much to three faiths. Although the UN is braving much to stand with Palestinians, there are those who consider the UN was originally used to facilitate the imposition of an untenable (and worsening of) living condition since 1948. Israelis cannot be trusted, as their theft of land illustrates.
Countries need to recognize the state of Palestine. Palestinians need to control their fate. Hindrances to their development need to be removed. Embargoes, checkpoints, occupation etc. Those are all illegal.
And Israelis need to pay for reconstruction. You broke it, you pay for it.

I think if countries once recognized Palestine, they cannot deny its existence now and as such, de jure & de facto recognition should be conferred. Or, as in this case below, their own determination or validation become moot: www.palestine-studies.org/en/node/77996This applies to these countries who have verifiably sent missionaries to Palestine in past centuries: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Considering some still hark back ... to Terra Nullius, I thought this would be good to recall: SourceSourcePalestinians have a right to self-defense by law. They should be armed to protect their homes.

Since 450 BC, as documented in Herodotus's Histories, Palestine has been in existence. It's inane and insane to deny now its existence and its legitimacy as a state in a warped attempt at revisionism. classics.mit.edu/Herodotus/history.mb.txt

It's not a war when only one side has an army. It's just grand scale cowardice and perfidy.
*Also, the WTO should introduce a tax on all arms trade, to fund humanitarian aid and reconstruction.

The ATT: Any early signatory can call a meeting for violations to Art.1 and propose an amendment (Art.20) to either fine the offending parties, vote on an embargo or introduce a tax on military weapons sales profits: Art 17.5: www.thearmstradetreaty.org

NOTHING SHALL BE DONE WHICH MAY PREJUDICE THE CIVIL AND RELIGIOUS RIGHTS OF EXISTING NON-JEWISH COMMUNITIES IN PALESTINE:
The Balfour Declaration, mesdames et messieurs. Notice also the primacy of "Palestine" over the proposed concept, reinforced by the word: "existing".
I didn't invent it.

Someone just raised an interesting point, in speaking of an International Protection Act. It made me think of the necessity of a new status: Ward of the International Community. It's a continuation of a thread in my thinking about migrants that could also apply to stateless people. In this case, as the international community would extend its protection, it would act as NATO's Article 5 where an attack on one mobilizes a response. The concentration of "WIC"s in Palestine would act as physical and geographic shield.

I hereby would like to form the International Children's Alliance. I declare the IDF/IOF to be a terrorist organization. I want all factions to submit to it. I want countries to join it. I want this "ICA" to be recognized by the UN.
Meanwhile here's what Liam Neeson has to say:

People contesting Palestinian statehood should revisit - as many seem to be lately on my blog - the Balfour Declaration's four words that infer Palestine is a country: "IN ANY OTHER COUNTRY" π«³πΌπ€ Tell that to the ICJ next time, Dr Bean. π NOTHING SHALL BE DONE WHICH MAY PREJUDICE THE CIVIL AND RELIGIOUS RIGHTS OF EXISTING NON-JEWISH COMMUNITIES IN PALESTINE: The Balfour Declaration, mesdames et messieurs. By the way, I'm available to help the Palestinian Foreign Ministry (upon the Pope's blessing), if only to rattle Israeli cages but definitely to help interpret intentions and do the research needed to uphold the rights of Palestinians. I'm here.
