From the FB page of a spa that I frequent ... gone, but never forgotten! BTW, I didn't copy the photograph ... just the text.
Rescue Spa Philadelphia

Today would have been Grace Kelly's birthday and this picture of the actress and princess reminds us why she's remained one of our ultimate style icons for elegance and poise.
Lubin's Gin Fizz Eau De Toilette was first created in 1955 by celebrated perfumer Henri Giboulet as a tribute to Grace Kelly in the year she won an Oscar for her role in The Country Girl. The name is inspired by a cocktail that was in fashion at the time in the American bars of Paris, and was synonymous with joie de vivre and a fashionably festive lifestyle.

A personal big "Thank You" for finding these quotes. I have an issue i am dealing with today and her inspirations gave me more confidence. She was really a very unique lady...

I think the Hitchcock quote is hilarious! I love pearls too. I bought huge studs on my last birthday. Now when I wake up, the pearls hold everything up looks-wise. Nature walks are the best - with dogs.

This is pathetic, when they have to drag out a picture of a senior Grace to try to make CC look good: riiiight

No one can't deny that Charlene (or Albert) tried to have Grace's features via surgery..

They should have compared her with a younger photo of Grace. Well, we'll see Charlene's true features arise again when her kids grow up. Actually, they show them right now and they are not even 1 year old.

Let's compare.... and let's be fair and put a picture similar age to CC Grace: solid jaw line that frames her squarish face good brow, intelligent forehead without being disproportionate cheekbones that smooth out cheeks that drape evenly to the jaw with a slight inward curve American, smaller nose adequate mouth, not overly wide without occlusion top or bottom adequate, feminine chin warm, intelligent eyes CC: no jaw, no definition of face shape menton fuyant, droopy chin and visible implant primitive brow, overly exposed forehead from surgical pulls may have had cheekbone implants if you compare with early pictures arch nose reworked several times with obvious bourlet where it was resewn into place mouth always open, fake greying teeth protruding outward (ages her) chin implant making the right side of her face slightly askew (follows the original gum line) deep set eyes, betray major uncertainty or arrogance (no middle) No one can't deny that Charlene (or Albert) tried to have Grace's features via surgery..

She even had better hands. If you take a look at the pics of the Corpus Christi she has ugly aged hands.

here she is 19 or 20 years? and she already looks older for that age... I still think she is transgender ...
Grace was perfect.

That picture proves my point about cheekbone implants. Whatever she may or may not have taken to be more performant in sports, she may as well consult with "Caitlyn" Jenner's endocrinologist to reverse the effects of the masculine hormones. The end result would have been more organic than the implants and probably a lot less painful. She would have developed breasts and her bone structure would have taken a step back from what it is on that picture. Steroids alone as in the case of Madonna and other entertainers have such a masculine effect. here she is 19 or 20 years? and she already looks older for that age... I still think she is transgender ... Grace was perfect.

Sigh sometimes it frustrates me how gorgeous she was One thing I always thought was weird is that she was branded as this Ice Queen, although she actually oozed warmth. Tomorrow would have been her 86th birthday, just 3 years younger than the Queen at Diana's wedding

After seeing what Albert is really like, I think Grace is highly overrated. Yes she knew how to pose to appear beautiful. But there is nothing behind all those photos, except the words of Albert, saying how marvelous she was and frankly I don't believe him.

Of course he would say this. I also don't expect him to open up about how their relationship really was. I think the only Royals who blasted their parents openly were CP Frederik and Charles IIRC.
