I can just see the stories now. They will really compare her to Grace, and not in a favorable way - They will cry for Grace, their hearts will be broken - how could her children let down - they will make PA into an even bigger fool and loser than he already has made himself into, and Charlene will be torn to shreds. They will publish every before and after photos of her - face, body and clothes. Stories about her "lost" days in London before she actually hooked up with the Prince. They will make Heather Mills look like up what they say. Albert will be forced to step down and they will live in exile - without anywhere near the money and perks they have now. Disgrace! |

You are absolutely correct Margarita the reason WHY they, especially Charlene, believes their New Grace is ready for the job - SHE LOOKS THE PART. Training for them is asking the media to submit the questions in advance or better yet just create interviews and responses for Charlene as the palace did for her so-called official engagement interview with Nice Matin (to be published the same morning after the PPDA interview). Yes, Kate can get extra training to talk with diplomats, but they have something to start with - an intelligent educated woman. Charlene is a dumb-as-a-rock high school dropout who did poorly in the few grades she manage to complete (by her own admission). We've seen the substance that have come out of Charlene's mouth - like asking fame director Pedro Almodovar is he bullshitting her because she felt he was ignoring the great-Grace look alike Charlene Wittstock. Pedro even stated that he felt sorry for Charlene because she was clearly out of her element and it was clear that no one was helping her. Not much has changed three years later. There is no substance in anything these people do with Charlene because there is no substance to Charlene. She is just a plastic blow-up doll that they idiot in Monaco think is their savior. |

The palace handlers think they have won also because no one has challenged or questioned them about anything about their creation and the lies that they have told about her. The palace idiots will be in for a rude awakening the day that the media realizes that no one but them believes the crap that they write about Charlene and this relationship. Then, the media will go where the money is. Similarly, after the wedding when the millions of people all over the world (who are SUPPOSED to watch this wedding in their countries live) DO NOT flock to Monaco after seeing the New Grace marry her fairytale prince, then the people in Monaco will start to publicly voice their anger. Right now, the people in Monaco are too apathetic to voice their concerns, which is why I do not feel sorry for them and will not feel sorry for them when they are dragged even further in the gutter with their supposedly Savior Charlene. The only thing Charlene has saved is herself, her brothers, her mother and her father - who now share her riches off the Village Sucker of Monaco. |

Americans have a "kinship" if you will, to the English, ever since we kicked their butt out of our country  we've been facinated, we had a revolution to get ride of the monarchy but that doesn't mean we don't envy the pagentry and 1,000 years of history. it's a really BIG deal over here, my cousin called last night and wanted to have a wedding party...when i brokeher heart and told her it started live at 2 AM, we decided on a happy hour rewatching party that afternoon with Tvo i'm watching live but it will be fun to watch it again with friends. < my point NOBODY i know even knows who FATaL is, much less trashlene, they've made ZERO, NADA, ZIPIDODAAH ZILCH no impression whatsever, so there's no question thre will be NO watching party at anytime of day. (snort snort what idiots those flunkies are, what total and complete idiots) i repeat NO ONE knows or CARES and in my opinion IF they/she were going to make an impression, she'd already be a celebrity, she's had years to get attention. she's a shallow, uneducated, plastic, botoxed junior high dropout, SHE's never going to be honored or admired, no when and if she gets attention i'm sure it's going to be ugly and pathetic. she may end up a tabloid celebrity but it's not going to be for her good heart and good works, it's going to be their kinky lifestyle, plastic surgery and questions about the state of this "marriage" (ahem business arrangement) you can't sell a love story when there's no love there JMO |

Let's not forget that the Grimaldi family has provided fodder for the tabloids for years and years. They've brought in a lot of money. But of late, they've been pretty quiet. Caroline is getting older and her marital problems aren't as sexy as they used to be. The same with Steph - and neither of them has aged well. PA is a big yawn - even with the baby nonsense. It's so yesterday - women are proudly having out of wedlock babies by the bucket load these days. No one really cares about stuff like that anymore for more than a nano second. People, especially the young, just aren't that interested. The trio are pretty to look at, but they've lead pretty quiet lives - compared to PC & PS. But, once this wedding takes place with CW - the flood gates to the Grimaldi family life will be open, and lots of sorted stories are going to come out. Many backed up with juicy photos. Even if some are exaggerated - the sensationalism they will create will be worth millions to the tabloids. I'm telling you guys - she's Heather Mills squared! And so full of hubris to believe she's covered her tracks. Really, really stupid! |

CM, I used to believe that Albert wasn't that stupid - I would say it all the time. But, I was wrong, I really wish I wasn't. but, Albert REALLY IS JUST THAT STUPID! It is really very simple - Sucker Albert believed all that crap that the sycophantic press wrote. He was too stupid to realize that there was no substance to the crap that they wrote over the last six years because there is no substance to Charlene.
I've read the interviews that his media consultant Jean-Luc Mano gave on the day of the engagement announcement praising Albert's decision, Charlene and the fairytale couple as a big economic boom for Monaco. Jerome Revon, the wedding production manager, came up with the idea of the exorbitant TV fees to broadcast the wedding because he convinced Albert that the world would be interested in his wedding, which he actually coined as the "wedding of the century. The palace PR advisor Stahl has also made similar statements about the appeal of this wedding and Charlene. I've seen the media fawn over Charlene at public outings. I've seen the probably hundreds of magazine covers. And, I've read too many articles where they all stated the same thing - Charlene looks so much like Grace and Albert should marry her and she will bring glamour to Monaco. Everywhere Albert went, the media asked him about Charlene. I really believe that Albert thought that marrying Charlene will be a big hit with the media and thus boost Monaco's image and be an economic boom. When the numbers didn't materialize in the first six months after the engagement, Albert's highly paid advisors, not wanting to admit they were wrong, had Albert to double all of his efforts.
Albert believed the media and not his own people nor people of class and substance who shunned Charlene for good reasons. Now, Albert is stuck with a dumb ass plastic boobie prize but he is just too stupid and spineless to do anything about it. Charlene has encouraged this praise until people started throwing a fit about it online. In fact, she used (in her new PR answer) what someone had posted was a better "answer" on RD. Let's be honest, the palace and Charlene could have nipped it in the bud. The plastic surgery, the Grace like clothing and the poses that mimic Grace are a planned PR stunt. Notice that not one mention of the wedding in the press can go without bringing in Grace. She's still the real attraction and star.
