You know, she doesn't look well in these photos. Look at her skin tone. Did they screw up her base make up or did she not wear any? She looks like a woman in her 50's. I do think she is thriving on the publicity now that it's all her own as HSH.

I see these photos and think that the Monegasques are thinking 'what about us'? She has done nothing that I am aware of for the Monegasques in the 5 years that she has lived there. Their only reason for being to her is to fund her lifestyle. This stunt in SA is just saying 'look at me now'.
Will anyone ever give this woman lessons of how to act in public? It is not cool in this forum to wear your Chanel sunglasses on top of your head. It is disrespectful to the other attendees.
Also, did she have no religious training at all in her life? You don't hug on the Bishop like this. Show him some respect; he represents something to his parishioners. He is not a prop for your photo-op.
I am not impressed. I see a woman busy flitting around with photo-ops to show off to her fellow countrymen and not a Princess intent on serving the citizens of her country.

We need a palm reader - there's a good photo of her palm/hand above. Would be interesting what they say it says.

hmm donatella. i guess this is her way of riding the gravy train now. no longer in the shadows? maybe part of the deal when she travels since albert's probably [speculation] off ignoring her arse! Donatella is pretty unknown in MC. This is her chance. You will soon see how she will step into the spotlight in her own right. She is a PR woman. She was educated at Le Rosey and comes from a very rich background. Believe me this woman has her own interests at heart.

In a forum (not the sugary one) people have seen these pic and seems like Charlene got what she wanted: they are saying she is a good girl for doing this. And that she'll be a good princess. I'm not going to go into a discussion with them, it's not worth it. Besides, they know i don't like Charlene and if i say something negative about this visit, they will kill me. They tolerate my comments, but i know it will be too much for them if i show my opinions about this. So, once again, i thank you Mya for creating this little corner where we can discuss the reality of things without being demonized. Oh, I can totally relate, emmeline! Just had a heated discussion about the nonsense that she's an abuse victim. I gave up and found this place. Double thanks to Myadia!! Hmpph... I'm not seeing any signs of "victim" in these photos. She's loving the attention she's getting, especially all on her own, without Albert being around to direct the scene.

Charlene has taken such a hypocritical and INEFFECTIVE position in her campaign to encourage other South Africans to give. Why didn’t anyone else this Narcissistic Con Artist what did she give before she latched on to her billionaire sucker prince? As usual, Charlene could be more effective if she was authentic and discuss how she understands how people who have limited resources and time may be reluctant to give – adding that she herself was in that position. She then could have discussed why it is important that South Africans give and describe ways of giving when you do have limited resources and time. But Charlene can never have that conversations with South Africans because she has already branded herself a longtime humanitarian who has always helped he underprivileged even before she met Albert. Does anyone cared in South Africa what this woman had to say? I hope not. Charlene only likes to collect famous people as her new best friend only as a means of making her look good in the press. I use the word collect because these people are only objects to Charlene – to lean on and prop up for that perfect picture moment. Sorry Bishop Tutu, I respect you dearly, but Charlene Wittstock, now Princess of Monaco, is not the most effective authentic role model to use to encourage more South Africans to get involved with philanthropy. From SA Eyewitness News Princess Charlene encourages S.Africans to give
By Nathan Adams 8 July 2011
The Serene Highness of Monaco, Charlene Wittstock, on Friday encouraged all South Africans to do some form of charity work.
The former Olympic swimmer is in Cape Town a week after she married Prince Albert of Monaco in the principality.
She has been named the international patron of the Giving Organisation, which is the parent body of 10 local charities.
The Princess said she hopes others will be inspired to follow suit.
“I’m so honoured to accept this patronage. I was thinking earlier, how can you give back without doing anything? We have to all give in our own way,” she said.
Wittstock toured the Desmond Tutu HIV Foundation Youth Centre in Masiphumelele near Hout Bay earlier.
The Archbishop Emeritus said South Africans need to learn to give back to those less fortunate.
“We’ve not actually been very good as South Africans; we are not very good at philanthropy. We need to be learning more and more about it,” he said.

I just love how they keep quoting her as thinking about giving back without doing anything. I am sure what they would want her to say that you have to do sth, but as usual from her it all get's out the wrong way. Especially looking at her context: taking all the money and jewelry she can get from Monaco but refusing to learn French. Tutu sounds like he is reprimanding her, but of course she does not get it. she probably had her mind busy with the next tiara she wants for having to spend her honeymoon with poor black kids rather then having drinks with Donatella in some expensive resort.....

Here's a video of Charlene's visit with Archbishop Tuto's to one of his charities. I can understand the Bishop's flattery towards Charlene he's interested in the well-being of those children who he supports and the other charities that he is dedicated his life to at no material gains to himself. Charlene does this for her own vanity and arrogance. As with everything else that has been revealing slowly but surely, in time Charlene's pre-Princess track - her true nature - attitude and beliefs of poor children of South Africa will be revealed. Princess of Monaco arrives in South Africa for a bout of charity work
