no not pregnant. That doesn't show in the face that early. I would go for botox. But he seems to be giving her instructions on the way in, so who knows, maybe there was a fight before. I don't even know why they went there; Caro opened it and usually the opening is it. It must be going really bad for them to draw attention to it, or they needed a photoop. I guess they picked a Wednesday as quiet day, so they wouldn't have to close the venue down for long. though there are no pics of them actually looking at the exhibit. For all we know they could have only just made it to the foyer...

Her face is way out of proportion now and it will only get worse.

More photos of the very "happy" couple - as deemed by the Albert himself.

the hem of her dress looks bodgy for an expensive outfit. Seems she took less plaster then usual. You can actually see all the freckles and sun damage in her face.

Albert and Charlene have such a terrible aura about them that it is exudes to everyone else around them. Notice the difference between the exhibit'S organizers with Albert & Charlene versus them with Caroline.
Catherine Armajon (R) and Patricia Bouchenot Dechin (L), organizers of the exhibition.

She should be getting her rest to look beautiful for the cameras - that's her job isn't it? She has all the staff in the world now. Something is definitely wrong. JMO

Her hair is in need of a serious touch-up. Let's hope she gets it done before Saturday's Red Cross Ball. Oh, maybe she just had her pre-Red Cross Ball botox shot?

Her forehead and temples are botoxed. The rest of the face, especially cheeks, are swollen by fillers. I think there are some fillers around her eyes and on forehead as well. If you compare this picture with pre-surgeries one all her wrinkles had "disappeared". That is where fillers come in, they puffed up your face to stretch the skin and "erase" wrinkles. Since WC had a lot of wrinkles on her face, especially for someone so young, she needed tons of fillers to smooth up her skin. That is why she looks like a blowfish...and is going to get worse. Look at Ivana Trump and Lisa Rina.

She looks like she may have put on some weight. Whether it's from eating on vacation - or because she's getting hormone treatments - or because she's pregers is the question. But for sure she's heavier. Hormones can make one look puffy.

I think it's the treatment she is probably having to get preggers...she is probably having hormones or whatever she is getting that might make her look puffy. Her body is changing...

She looks different ... can't exactly put my finger on why. Here are my thoughts on what may be going on and why her eyes/face look puffy: 1.) she's been crying 2.) just received a botox injection 3.) preggers (Dear Lawd!) Or... all of the above

I have noticed in the past few years that photos, of the princesses at official events in Monaco, sometimes have been airbrushed. I guess the palace has a PR airbrushing department that decides which face parts need touching up before the photos are released to agencies. At first I thought that the Princesses of Monaco had their throats lifted, forehead and face wrinkles smoothed out prior to a major ball or gala. But then I would look at subsequent paparazzi photos and realize that nothing had been done at all, just PR touch ups. This might be the case with Princess Charlene.

If she had anything done to her face it would have to have been one of the "fillers" like Restylane or Juvederm or whatever the latest filler is - Botox only paralyzes the muscles and keeps them from making wrinkles - it doesn't plumb up the face. It can be used to balance a face. Botox lasts about 3 months - the fillers last anywhere from 6 mos to 9 months depending on which one you get. Radiesse lasts about a year. Sculptra lasts a year or two. And different fillers are used on different parts of the face depending on what is needed - deeper filling and then more surface filling. And in Europe they have newer things they use - the US has to deal with the FDA before it will OK anything for use, so we get stuff later over here.

wow, that sounds all very Frankensteinian to me. What ever happened to healthy eating, no alcohol and cigarettes and a good night rest for beauty secret?

wow, that sounds all very Frankensteinian to me. What ever happened to healthy eating, no alcohol and cigarettes and a good night rest for beauty secret? It is Franensteinian! Unfortunately like so many other things people don't know when to stop and they overdo it! In CW's case she needed a huge amount of help to look the way she seemed to want to look. She wasn't very healthy looking to begin with and she didn't have basic good bone structure, so the doctors had to create what was never there to begin with. It's great for accident victims, etc. but it was never intended to be used to the extent it's being used by so many doctors - on mostly insecure women.

I agree with the accident victims and IMO that's the only time plastic surgery should be used. But then again without the society guinea pigs, these doctors might be less practiced and the results for the victims less satisfactory. Plus there would be less money invested in developing newer and better technology and chemicals.
Still I don't believe that any of this is good for you. But then again, I don't even take aspirin when I have a headache, I get some sleep instead. Helps in most cases. ;D

In these photos from the royal exhibit, Charlene looks drugged, sedated and Albert actually looks a bit happy to be with Charlene. Makes me wonder what is going on behind the scenes. Did they make a pact of some sort and Albert thinks he has gotten the upper hand? But they still don't look like a couple; instead they are two people who know each other who both happen to be at the exhibit at the same time. Sorry, but I still have no urge to travel to Monaco for vacation.

It's great for accident victims, etc. but it was never intended to be used to the extent it's being used by so many doctors - on mostly insecure women. WC had so many wrinkles all over her face , so she couldn't just do a little filler here and there. She had to do it all over her face. remember she even had a few wrinkles going from her cheeks to her mouth on both sides. That is something only women in there late fifties start to show. Her skin was so bad that when she had an opportunity she did "a too much too soon" which is never a good thing. She might look "OK" right now, but problem with fillers is that eventually you need to add more and more. The fillers were meant to be for women in their late fifties, early sixties and not for someone in their early thirties. When they start early by the time they are in their fifties their faces look like they were attracted by hundred of bees; swollen and deformed.
