I want to think that when they have to give the kids the Christmas gifts, Caroline and Alexandra (and Stephanie) will be there like in previous years.
And the Christmas bath they always took...pretty sure it will only be Albert and his project princess.

From the close-up, it looks like she's still getting surgery on her face. The concealer barely hides black eyes and her face has the mask of Michael Jackson IMO, that waxy unnatural tone. I think the nose is still getting worked on.
