I just watched the interview. She's not moving her head around nearly as much as she was when she speaks -S I got a phone call and this accidently posted before I finished what I was saying - that's what the S was - the first letter of what I was about to say - which was ... Someone is reading us for sure because I mentioned that her head bobbed around when she spoke - very common and low class - after I watched her Matt Lauer interview when they were in NY last fall. She definitely is TRYING NOT to move her head as much. If you look you can see she is trying not to bob and crane her head around like a bird searching and pecking for food as much when she talks.

There are certainly a few things that Charlene and the Melbourne Lord Mayor's wife, Emma Page Campbell, have in common.
One is that they have both are married to older men, 20 years older, they are both blonde and attractive, and both seem media shy or at least awkward.
Both appear to have little or no PR or media support up to the present, and this is likely to be due to an oversight or deliberate troublemaking by the palace, staff or minders - to me it suggests they are not personally media savvy or calculating.
Another, they have established careers independent of their husbands, before they met their husbands - which seems for both of them to have been in their thirties, or late twenties.
And another thing they have in common is that they both appear to have many envious people (pretending they are not) with a lot of time on their hands, willing to make all kinds of extreme judgements, make disparaging, vicious comments on them, based on appearance alone. Your jealous, posters, is obvious.

Who wouldn't be jealous of her natural beauty, style, class, elegance, education, intelligence, charisma...and let not forget, we are jealous of her wonderful husband who treats her with love and respect (like on their wedding day ), and who has eyes only for her ...

Another kiss - this time to a teenager who traveled from Sydney and waited for hours with his mom to see Charlene and waited afterward when he got his kiss. Read full article in Bendigo Advertiser.
First real kiss a royal occasion for lucky Sydney teenagerBRETT WORTHINGTON 13 Mar, 2012 AVID FAN: Thomas Powell travelled from Sydney to see Princess Charlene and the Grace Kelly: Style Icon exhibition in Bendigo on the weekend.
IT was the royal kiss he had waited all his life for.
Sydney’s Alicia Powell and her son Thomas, 17, travelled by plane, train and car to be in Bendigo for Princess Charlene of Monaco’s visit.
Ms Powell, a fan of Grace Kelly for more than 30 years, and Thomas have admired the royal family from afar and were determined to see the princess in the flesh.
They arrived in Bendigo on Friday and found a prime position outside the Bendigo Art Gallery before Princess Charlene’s arrival on Saturday.
“When she arrived we had been standing there for three hours lovingly chatting to Bendigo locals and the media,” Ms Powell said.
“When the princess arrived, we were competing against small children, the media and other locals and were not able to have that one-on-one experience.
“We decided to hang around and after one-and-a-half hours waiting... all the media had left and she came out.
“Thomas seized the opportunity and called out to her and she very graciously came over and very kindly accepted his flowers and said a few sweet words.
...
Gross! Trashy's nipples are showing through her horrible dress. I think she is doing this for purpose, she works hard to prove she's a woman & just loves to show her fake boobies. I can't believe that a normal 17 yo boy would be fascinated by a woman looking like an ugly male transvestite.

Welcome Enid. You probably know more about the Mayor's wife than we do, but based on your assessment of her pre-marriage career, media support and media shyness, it is pretty obvious that you know nothing about Charlene. We are not envious of Charlene, but we rather pity her and those who worship her.

Another, they have established careers independent of their husbands, before they met their husbands - which seems for both of them to have been in their thirties, or late twenties. Let me clue you in a little, Charlene was actually 23 when she went on her first date with her husband and every one was informed of every single salacious detail of such date (including leaving his apartment at 5 am in the morning) because the "media shy or at least awkward" Charlene ran to a reporter and gave him all the details. She was especially thrilled about the notion that he once almost married a swimmer and he needs to get married to have a legitimate heir. Ten years later once the "media shy or at least awkward" Charlene finally sealed the deal, she gave her first solo exclusive post-engagement interview (she's done MANY previous interviews with the press when she was just the girlfriend) with Tatler magazine and revealed that she knew when she first met Albert she was destined to become a princess. We called her Tatler interview the gold digger's manifesto - Tatler titled the interview "To Catch a Prince." They clearly summed her up. You can google and find this interview - just google any one of her bimbo statements from that interview like her grandiose plans to modernize Monaco once she is Princess Charlene of Monaco - open a Starbucks and a Manolo Blahnik shoe store.

One is that they have both are married to older men, 20 years older, they are both blonde and attractive, and both seem media shy or at least awkward. ] I don't know about the majors wife ... but Charlene Wittstock was NEVER media shy. She gave interviews from the very start and did not even prepare for her first post-engagement interview (which was a disaster) because she has no respect for media. A shy person would have prepared to make no mistakes. Both appear to have little or no PR or media support up to the present, and this is likely to be due to an oversight or deliberate troublemaking by the palace, staff or minders - to me it suggests they are not personally media savvy or calculating. Sorry - 90% of Monaco's image campain was about Charlene!!! Makes about 60 Millions to promote her a s the new Grace. Stahl gave interviews to magazines herself about the perfect Charlene. She was in charge for PR = Charlene full time with huge budget! And Charlene dressed and styled like Grace and never complained about being compared to her ... until she got the ring. That was the moment she said she is a person of her own. If this is not calculating I don't know...[/color] Another, they have established careers independent of their husbands, before they met their husbands - which seems for both of them to have been in their thirties, or late twenties. Again - I don't know anything about the majors wife. But: Charlene has not finished High school. She had not learned any profession, did no studies during training in order to prepare for a life after sports - as most athletes do! She did not qualify for Bejing. Nobody knew her. She would have had nothing to live on if not marrying a Prince! That's it. Hard to believe in love and romance - sorry! If she was a little clever she would have used all the years in Monaco to at least finish school, learn languages, get a bachelor degreeAnd another thing they have in common is that they both appear to have many envious people (pretending they are not) with a lot of time on their hands, willing to make all kinds of extreme judgements, make disparaging, vicious comments on them, based on appearance alone. Your jealous, posters, is obvious. We try to figure out who she is based on facts. While the Charlene fans judge too - based on photoshopped images. BTW: some of us have actually met her... Do you know her personally?enid, I have no problem with different opinions. I give reasons for my opinion. If you can widen my horizon and tell my why you think Charlene had a career to build her further live on without a Prince ect. - I'm curious to learn about it!

Australian commentator Back Paddock does not seem not as impressed as the sugar loonies with Charlene's high 5's to the crowd. Also, I think he is being snarky about her name. Actually in this very short piece, I think he is being snarky about everything concerning this woman's visit. Check out his remark about the gossip magazines in reference to where you would have read about Charlene's visit. From the Weekly Times:
Royal high-fives in Bendigo March 14, 2012 Give me five: Princess Charlene received the traditional Bendigo welcome.
RURAL Victoria is punching above its weight when it comes to attracting royalty.
Last year it was Prince William who visited flood victims in northern Victoria, and on the weekend Princess Charlene of Monaco opened the Grace Kelly exhibition in Bendigo.
Princess Charlene - for those who don't read the gossip mags - is not a celebrity from a TV soapie but actual royalty, the wife of Prince Albert who was the son of the late Grace Kelly, former Princess of Monaco.
Her Serene Highness - yes it's a real title - was greeted, well, like royalty when she arrived at the Bendigo Art Gallery on Saturday, high-fiving the kids in a way that was anything but serene.
Back Paddock would love to see the Queen do that.

Is it just me or does Charlene's entire appearance at this opening scream what the British call CHAV? From the commentator's remark above, this is the impression I feel the Australian media (minus Bendigo who is banking on a huge number of tourism for this exhibit) has formed about Charlene based on her appearance. That dress, although custom made and expensive - definitely screams CHAV. That dress is something the British Katie Price (chav queen) would wear.

I have met them both and neither is the ducks guts. No one would talk about them if they were private peole, rich or not. Their problem is that they are public people, pretending to be sth they are not and doing everything in their power to control and manipulate how they are seen. I have lived many years in MC and I know the problems there. I know what life is like there and what people are concerned about. You are welcome to continue living in a fantasy world, ignoring facts and believe the palace made fiction. I couldn't care less about the mayor and his wife. The good thing about them is that they will disappear from public view if they do not do a good job and get reelected. MC does not have that opportunity. They are stuck with a know nothing leader and his trashy ignorant wife. They are exploiting their country and their position to the max. And the only hope is that like the other dictators that got chased out of their comfy palaces they will be too.

And although I don't like it and it doesn't fit Jordan, I think this could have looked half decent on the right person. Trashys outfit just looked terrible, especially from the back and the designer obviously did not think that a princess needs to wear a bra. In any case, I doubt she will ever get Kate to ask her for a dress. Btw anyone seen the shoes that were personally designed for Kate? Those I would buy too.

lovely little piece; yes I would like to see the Queen do the high five. But mostly I would like to read the outrage in the press afterwards. Even the younger royals do not do that. ANyone seen Kate do it? Maybe Harry and Wills did, but most likely with friends or at sportevents, but I doubt that they have done so when greeting the crowds.

Well that is typical Charlene. It is clear that she refuses to give up her primitive ways, and that is the reason why everyone that work on her/for her left her and had resigned. I think WC does that on purpose, she wants to stand out from other Princesses and since she has nothing better to offer she is trying hard to be the "cool, I am just like you" Princess. She ends up looking like an idiot! Unfortunately her stupid husband seems not to mind. He thinks it is OK for her to be herself...and we all know what that means; trashy, obnoxious, ignorant, awkward, inappropriate....

Well, one needs to be really dumb to think she is a "sweet, sports person" (the way she likes to call herself). A sweet, simple sports person who only wants to help unprivileged and sick children doesn't spend HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS DOLLARS on her plastic surgeries, doesn't spend TENS OF THOUSANDS DOLLARS on monthly up-keeping of bottox, fillers, teams of makeup artists, hairdressers, stylists....doesn't spend TENS OF THOUSANDS DOLLARS on her monthly wardrobe in order to "come to see a facilities around the world". A "simple sports person" stays simple and dresses sporty (and not like a drag queen on a special night out). A simple sports person doesn't visit a sport/rehabilitation center wearing a high heels. Didn't she get a note about the place she is going to "inspect". What a dummy!!!!! With the money she spent on herself so far, she could have build a school or sport center for a "poor and sick" children in some third world country.
