If you click on the Beatrice link, you get to see some picks of her sons. One of them is a spitting image of Pierre at the same age.
Other than that the social distancing is not really great there and people are sill wearing the useless papermasks. They are going about as usual with all their catholic traditions. Even churches are open as usual. You don't prove your loyalty to the pope, by risking the most important gift of god. Preservation of life allows muslims and Jews to eat pork, so missing mass should be ok for Catholics. Because no humans, no gods. At least I haven't seen any other creature pray or keep a certain diet to please an invisible spirit...

Definitely won the gene lottery, super cute and growing up so fast! The pope came on the side of the NYC authorities who were trying to tell people to forgo assembling in light of the pandemic. Those tattooed eyebrows are distracting. Considering originally as a South African, she never would have shown such cultural interest in a Zulu king, I guess it's the continuation of mythbuilding using her obscure roots to pass off some semblance of non-Monegasque sophistication where that has never taken root in Monaco. Meghan on the other hand might have crossed too many former "acquaintances" 🙄 from her yachtgirl days, so I really don't see it.

So, 🤣 let me get this right... people in South Africa have no clue who she is? "The blonde lady everyone wants to know about?" "Who is P. Charlene and WHY at king Zwelithini funeral"? The links say it all. Kind of deflating, and proves my earlier point of obscurity...

aparently he was involved with her foundation, which is in SA run by her sister in law and has caused some stir. A foundation, that is largely run by family members is very dodgy anyways and smells badly of corruption. To be honest, I wouldn't want to be associated with it. It wouldn't surprise me at all if money was being laundered through it. It is a perfect front and who in MC would dare to investigate her foundation... Besides if you want sth in mc, they tell you which foundation you need to hand money to. Then you get your citizenship, your planing permit etc. Very little money actually does go to the causes. In a country, where the chef of the cathedral choir uses the donations for candles etc. as his pocket money (I saw that once and his ex girlfriend told me that he did it regularly), corruption is part of the DNA. Everyone is on the take, where they can. I don't even get why he would be given a key to the boxes, but he had one, when I was around and I doubt that it changed.

It's not too too bad. At first I was taken aback more by the choice of trying to paint delicate eggs... while sitting in the middle of a stairway. Then I thought that it's so average, why not? I find more unusual that a woman is going through her anarchist rebellion AFTER motherhood. Go figure 🤷🏻♀️

those eggs look hardboiled, not blown out, so not so delicate. I don't expect the kids to be great at it, but I would expect a little mor from adults. They look pretty ugly and hopefully won't be ending as foodwaste. And yes the staiways is an odd choice. One would expect that they would be able to afford an outdoor table and properly deck it out for arts and crafts. It looks to me that they are trying to do what they haven't done themselves as kids, but believe it's what should be done in normal families. It's likewatching a bad amateur theatre performance. Maybe someone ought to tell them that it is ok to let them do this sort of thing at maternelle with trained teachers and assistanTs and to run about and play in your free time. Plenty of kids growup without colouring eggs or baking cookies at xmas. Especially if its only for a photo op. Jacques pinching Gabriella just shows how little the kids are into these forced displays of happy homelife. I think this pic is about a not so very happy family, pretending otherwise. I wonder how much longer she will stay in this farce of a marriage. For some reason I believe that in a few years, the kids will be sent to boardingschool. Grace kept them home, as in the US it is less of a tradition. But Brits tend to get rid of their kids as soon as they get into the difficult teens, sometimes earlier. Don't know about SA though. Rainier and his sister were in boarding schools and in the olden days a lot of royals were too. It seems to start again. Alberts cousins and their spouses went to boarding as well. La Rosey in Switzerland. I think once the kids are in boarding she will give up the pretence entirely. Albert will be about 70 by then and she is still young enough to either find a new partner or live the life she wants. She will get plenty of money in a divorce. Not sure how she would fare as a widow as most of his wealth is tied to the throne and should he be a minor Charlie will not et her hands on it, others will. So she might as well cash out.

she looks very masculin and as though she lost a lot of weight. At least for once the outfit fits the task. Not so smart to travel these days though. Especially to some places. ENT is that a synonym for covid? Travelling in SA not wearing a mask... The hair looks atrocious.

The hair is weird because the face has dropped, I think. It must be so heavy.

Especially to some places. ENT is that a synonym for covid? Travelling in SA not wearing a mask... The hair looks atrocious. Yeah, but since her husband was the first head of state to catch it, and after posting pics without masks or social distancing, but a lot of photographers (one even being pictured taken a pic of her), ENT sounds better than covid, especially the SA variant. Even if it isn't, a FFP2 mask would have protected her against any ENT too. We practically killed the flu by wearing masks and most people didn't catch a cold either. So wearing a mask and keeping your distance does protect you. Personally I have decided to avoid public transport in summer and in the cold season wear a mask, if in stores or public transport. Still plenty of things around to keep the immunesystem active. No need to expose it to vicious viruses or annoying germs. I like my robust health. Lots of people my age are already battling serious health issues. Ageing is only fun, if you are healthy and I happen to think that I am more like a turtle, getting very old, so I need to keep health issues to a minimum. My take away from this pandemic is to wear a mask. 2 winters without runny noses and sore throats and the nasty beast was kept at bay too. NOt a bad result.

Don't like the hair at all - she is going through some phase. I completely agree with you, I will keep wearing a mask. We learned so many good healthy practices through this disaster that is the only good takeaway from it. Going down here was a risk though albeit a good cause. Hopefully, they were vaccinated too!
Hey, we never heard anything else about that paternity suit either. The hair appeared about the time that went public.
