they claim that Albert asked his sisters to babysit his wife during St devote, but they decided not to. Honestly she wasn't dying, so why would they sit by her bed and risk to get themselves and their families sick. Besides I still don't believe that she had la grippe. YOu can be sure that their doctor insists on a vaccination, so at best she had a bad flu and honestly, who wants to entertain visitors with a bad flu? Besides what does she have her parasitic family there for? The least they can do for free villa and travels is to hold her hand while she is sick. I consider this rubbish news. I wouldn't go to babysit anyone with a flu either. Not if they have a husband, a doctor, plenty of servants and an army of unemployed, unoccupied family at their disposal. Besides I doubt that trashy would ever think of returning the favour and helping her single mom sister in laws out. IMO he had a fight with trashy, she refused to attend ST devote and he asked Caro and Steph to intervene and they refused. Unlike Allavena, he can't fire his sisters. I suspect that soon we will be seeing forced outings with trashy and the sisters to counteract rumours about quarrels with them. Though I think Caro and STeph might be reluctant as the only one to lose would be trashy. Monegasques would mostly side with the sisters and their bad opinion of trashy would be enforced. So it is in her interest to get on with the sisters, not in theirs. I agree paca. I think there was a fight too. She pretty much as him by the ..... at this point. What's he going to do? If he divorces her now she'll still walk away with a bundle of cash, and he'll still look like a fool. She's more interested in being a celebrity than a princess. Plus Caroline now has the grandchild coming and if Albert has no heir she's got the power play on him. I also think she can maneuver around Albert and his power players any day of the week. So little Albie is now between The Rock and a hard place. JMO.

I don't see how attributing more power to CC in one's mind, is being in agreement with Paca's statement about the sisters' power

Don't exactly know where to place it. We discussed Charlenes S.A. connection in different threads here. However I think it's CC who is from S.A. and it's about why people from S.A. use Monaco with help of Charlene. And again there is mentioned Mandela. www.sportlive.co.za/moresport/boxing/article7958275.ece(...) The two winners of that will battle for a 60-40 split of a $1-million purse at the second show on July 13, which will also celebrate the 95th birthday of Nelson Mandela. " In South Africa we have never had a level playing-field because we have not had the money," says Berman, who was impressed by Prince Albert and his SA wife, Princess Charlene, during negotiations. "But this has levelled the playing field. I can put on a show like the top promoters in the world put on." (...)

I think this was posted in a different thread already. I just find the association of Mandela with a violent sport a bit risky, considering the beginnings of the ANC and Winnies blood squads... It brings it all back down to the level where Blacks and Latinos will be exploited for the games the Whites bet on. It's demeaning, degrading and oh so backwards. It's not a good image association. It also reminds me that Halle Berry's latest movie flop was produced by the World Wrestling Federation... I mean, WTF?

I don't see how attributing more power to CC in one's mind, is being in agreement with Paca's statement about the sisters' power She's pulled these stunts before over the years and Albert seems to have caved. The run away bride is just a repeat of the time early in their relationship when she fled to Paris and one of Albert 's cronies had to go get her. She periodically does the no show when they are not getting along. As for Caroline and the power play, if Albert doesn't produce an heir she holds the future monarch card, not to mention she has her own royal court of friends and players to keep Albert in check when she needs too. JMO.

LOL Australia could be the only place where she could go and have some sort of celebrity as the place is less populated. Besides they probably don't mind her awful English. IN Hollywood they do require a kind of English that people understand, but trashy doesn't speak it. Of course she could go to SA, but she is a nobody there and her inaptitude to speak her native language would not be considered as markatable plus. so IMO the Australian jungle it is for her.... Sorry guys but she is a nobody here too. Remember only a handful of people showed up when she opened the Grace Kelly Exhibition in Bendigo. Most were the " rented crowd " put together by the organisers. I saw it as I was there when she opened the thing. Please don't wish her on us, she is better off going back home to SA or maybe she can hide out in London where she has relatives. Even our English is too superior for her !!!

Trampolina in Australia? Never ... it's too far removed. She also won't go to London -- too much competition from real Princesses and a real Duchess. New York City? Hmm ... meh --- but, she'll be yesterday's news before the end of the first day. I think she will set-up camp in Paris --- she'll have enough money to get people to speak to her in English. JMHO!

I think she already tried London and found out nobody thought she was special. Remember they went to several events there (was it last year?) and they were baby sat by Sophie and Edward most of the time - and then the infamous polo match attendance where she made sure to be photographed with Harry. Then suddenly they no longer go to London for events but she goes to Paris (for all the reasons already stated). I think it's Hollywood until she finds out that without Albert to pull strings and throw money, she's nobody. She's hell bent on not going back to SA that's for sure. JMO

I've screened the internet news on Albert and Charlene almost daily during the past two-three weeks. While you find only a few reports about Albert in St Moritz (in general: articles about him spending his time with other things then related to his job and agenda) ... there are a lot of articles about Albert in Davos, in Belgium, at universities ... When you count the spare-time and job-related events during the past weeks it's 10:90 in Alberts schedule. While Charlene was pictures at the Circus (job related) and then.... you get almost as many artiles as you can find about Albert doing something one can consider as work BUT -in Charlene's case- it's all about fashion, meeting celebrities, how to dress, about her make-up ect. And: for one time attenting ONE fashion event and doing nothing but getting photographed ... she get's as much media attention and as many articles as Albert for attenting many different events, helding speeches, talking and interacting with people on subjects which are related to Monaco and politics. Of course, not counting the Sainte Devote articles reporting her no show. And the news about the case they won in the run-away-bride story. And the you-tube clip and articles of the New Years speech and the interview which she screwed up. And the articles about her still not being pregnant and wondering if she is able to conceive at all ( doping sport career...). What does this imply for the Monaco image strategy??? Albert could work nonstop and even if he did a wonderful job .... as long as he has his clown nose on = is married to Charlene ... it's as if he wouldn't work at all.

(...) Look what you find when google Ndaba Mandela!!!www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2192826/The-sex-scandal-grandson-plotting-make-millions-Mandelas-death.html#axzz2K7i5VrrjThe article is dated August 24th 2012. " The sex scandal grandson plotting to make millions from Mandela's death He's accused of selling the film rights to the ANC hero's funeral - and digging up the bodies of his sons to move to a money-spinning museum. Can anyone stop Nelson's womanising grandson tarnishing his legacy?" Yet, while Mandela rests, he can find little peace. The reason is his controversial grandson, who is at the centre of a sex scandal that has set South Africa agog. Amid a public outcry, Mandla Mandela, 38, had already bigamously married a French 19-year-old called Anais Grimand last year. He then presented the results of their liaison — a little boy born in September last year — to Nelson Mandela at his home in the village of Qunu. Following the traditions of the Xhosa people, Mandela was asked to choose a name for his great-grandson: Qheya Zanethemba Mandela was his choice, granting the famous surname to another generation. There is just one problem: it has now emerged that the baby boy was fathered by one of Mandela’s other grandsons, who had been having a secret affair with his brother’s young wife. (...) In an astonishing statement, Mandla, himself a notorious womaniser, disclosed that he had discovered the affair — and sent his wife packing. (...) So who is the father? Ndaba Mandela, one of Mandla’s three brothers, was quick to deny rumours that he is the family member who impregnated his sister-in-law. (...) Far worse, in what’s regarded as sacrilege here in South Africa, he has been behind repeated attempts to cash in on his grandfather’s life — and, even more cynically, has made it clear that he plans to capitalise on every aspect of Mandela’s death when it eventually comes. (...) He [guess it's not Ndaba but Mandla if I got the article right] has also been accused of stealing land to build his own lucrative Mandela memorial site, in direct conflict with preparations being made by the official Nelson Mandela Trust." SO LOOK WHOSE DOOR-OPENER TO MONACO TURNS OUT SO BE "SANTA CHARLENA"!!! ... and what's happening to Monaco where Albert wanted to bring moral and money together???

This article is about South Africa but I will place it here, because this is where Charlene comes from. One can agree or disagree to what is said in the article - but if you read the article and put it together with the boxing-event-article and the article which mentions Ndaba Mandela as part of a sex scandal ... you understand VERY clearly that Charlene's connection to Nelson Mandela is not the connection of a well doing Saint but rather of someone who abuses Nelson and his achievments - like she is abusing Grace. The wanna be Sainte Charlene rather seems to be related to Nelson Mandelas sons and grandsons - like agentf already posted recently. (I don't say all of them are connected to crime, but ... read the article I posted above and you understand that Nelson's relatives try to (ab)use his name for ...) And that means - to be related to scandals and ... some sort of crime. To crime, Charlene is bringing to Monaco! Charlene seems to be very closely related to people who abuse Nelson Mandela's reputation. This might be the answer to why in Nelson Mandela's name is promoted some violent kind of sport like boxing.... Even though Albert would have never succeeded to clean up Monaco the way he said in his investiture speech BUT it might have become a little better - at least not the total opposite of what Albert wanted. If THAT's no reason to divorce, then I don't know...Agentf recently asked whether we can't find information about the corruption and crime situation in South Africa. Here you have it. And here you read why there is not much to read in the media about it: www.questia.com/library/1G1-196605780/bring-me-my-machine-gun-mandela-brought-hope-to-south

as Ihave said before, I find the whole Mandela story very dubious. Mandela is an old man today and probably soon dead. But he does have blood on his hands and so doe Winnie. I reject this idea of painting someone to be a saint, when in truth they are not. Surely he has achieved a lot, but does the outcome warrant the means? Mandela condoned violence in his younger years and I am not convinced that he really had a change of mind or if he only decided to cut himself lose from Winnie when she became bad for his image. After all throughout his time in prison, she was considered a sacred cow. IMO whatever Winnie did happened with his knowledge, if not with his consent. He only cut her lose when she became bad for his image. I don't think it was ever properly investigated how much he was involved in her crimes. Also I would like to point out that apartheid has not really disappeared in SA. Power is still in the hands of white people and a few black clans. just look at what background Mandela is hailing from. SA is not a true democracy. Countries in which families tend to pass their power on to their offspring are in anger of corruption and of weakening the democracy. The Kennedys, the Bushs, the Romneys, the Clintons, the Bhuttos, the Mandelas, the Ghandhis are all cashing in, making it difficult for others to access to power. It's an elitists system which secures power and money to few to the detriment of many. How many black people are actually living better then during apartheid? I really don't think that SA has so significantly changed for those who were black and poor during aparteid. And in their daily lives they probably don't get to see that many white people either. And if so, then probably as their bosses and not as their employers.
