LOL hibou, that pretty much is what they are doing. Officially parents can ask their children to be scholarized in MC. Fact is though that the schools are not prepared and they lack trained teachers. After all I know for a fact that MC hires teachers that would not get hired in France because they failed their exams. Monaco hires them anyways. Immersion is a big topic and loads of countries and their schools have difficulties with it, but Monaco doesn't hire the best teachers they can get, they hire anyone. Because not every teacher likes to adjust to the MC system. They try to get the best grades with the Bac exam, but in fact, they only allow children who will pass and get good grades to try the exam under the school name. Those whom the teachers fear might not perform well or risk to fail, have to present themselves independently. As if they never went to a school. Pupils with rich parents receive better grades then those of regular parents. Monegasques are treated differently as well. Not every teacher likes that kind of system. ALthough they do pay better then France.

LOL yeah and when apart from last week did trashy ever show any interest in autistic children? And that info about the interest of Ms Ban comes from the palace to try and pretend that they have sth in common, when in fact they don't. It's so patronizing when they do this ad hoc improvised substantiating.
