This is the BIG news of the day. I came to see what you guys are thinking of the Harry and Meghan wedding. Wrong choice if you ask me... but it's his life, not mine. Markle is a descendant of King John.[52][53] Markle is also a descendant of Captain Christopher Hussey, Esquire (d.1686) who was appointed in 1679 by King Charles II to govern the Royal Province of Hampton, New Hampshire. He was a Founding Father of Nantucket.[54][55][56] Markle is a distant relation of Prince Harry. Their common ancestors are Elizabeth Bowes (1505– c.1572) and her husband, Richard Bowes, son of Sir Ralph Bowes of Streatlam Castle and High Sheriff of County Durham – ancestors of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother (née Bowes-Lyon).[57][58][59][60] I would have preferred that he had picked Cressida Bonas. She has a touch of class. His other girlfriend Chelsy Davy was also nice looking. She could have played the part well. Harry has bad taste. When you think he could have married Elisabeth von Thurn und Taxis. s1.zetaboards.com/anthroscape/topic/5880466/1/She is rich as fck. She is smart and a fashionista. She does not need any man's money or status and she is from genuine royal descent... only that she is Catholic with ties to the Vatican and a Superior of the Order of Malta. Oh well. Let's wait and see what gives.

Meghan seems to be from a slightly jealous family who i don't think know how to handle the "royal thing" and seem to want to milk it. Hope they stay outta it but i bet they won't.

Thurn und Taxis is a dimwit (and unattractive). She got quite some flack for some of her ignorant postings. Just like her terrible mother. Kate has terrible family too. Her uncle just beat up his wife. Not talking about trashys relations who are the greatest parasites of all of them. At least the Middletons have made their own money before they got royal ties. Meghan seems closest to her mother, who seems to be the only one of the family to have met Harry on several occasions. And she has behaved quite classy. The father has only been on the phone with Harry, so I doubt he will be much in the picture. Meghan will be much more wrapped into the Windsor fold then Kate. Already in the interview it has become clear that she has met a lot of Harrys family, including his maternal aunts and the queen on several occasions. I don't think she would have been that well received by the BRF, if anyone would have thought her to be the wrong choice. She seems to be good for Harry and IMO they will be interesting to watch. Kate will have to watch out that she is not getting upstaged by a woman who made a fortune by herself and has an opinion....

I'm already rooting for these two just because they (and she specially) will throw Trashy into the shadows and the only way she will ever make headlines again will be if she files for divorce.

Touché! Or if she starts having affairs but that will be a while or her base will abandon her for neglecting the kids. He's already making cryptic hand signs in photographs and driving people batty with those. I think he's a huge game player and like his mother, is going to just "jack people around" with stunts, etc. The media will love it until he gets too childish or controversial with his games (like the Nazi outfit for Halloween) and then he will apologize profusely, then giggle and hide behind her petticoat. I hope his ginger hair will be genetically transferred to any of their children. (I think he looks more like ONE his mom's lovers.)

The complete Harry and Meghan relationship is so incredibly manufactured. Completely designed and fabricated by a very professional PR company. I don't really mind except it's gonna be stuffed down our throats forever.
It's being set up to drag in the fact she is part black and the location of their episodic falling in love was in Botswana. OK, get ready to continually have her association to Africa and globalism. This sells magazines and royalty.
Prince Al could have garnered attention this way but i guess his dad was still alive (and did not approve of Nicole). I will always believe Nicole turned him on MORE than any other woman and should have married her. She is expressive, in love with him, very creative and would have made a beautiful Princess. Not too late?

Merchandising didn't exactly begin with the Middletons but its not really new, is it? Its lesser baiting than paparazzi mongering so its acceptable on those terms. You should know, with Trump's obsession with media ratings and populist appeal lol

She is sexy and outgoing with an glowing smile, not the frosty ice queen of MC.

Meghan is like a female Obama in terms of smoothiness I find. It reminds people you can be cool and smart. CC is too awkward to really be icy. Soon the kids will relegate her to a decorative role and even she will be glad for it. Merchandising didn't exactly begin with the Middletons but its not really new, is it? http://instagram.com/p/Bc90teyhVFK Very nice. Not sure about the choice of an evening gown though I like the texture of the skirt. Its the official portrait. He looks alright. I'm a bit down on love in general right now. And happy only to be free, to be Quebecoise (we own winter and pure snow shhh) Joyeux Noël!

+ 60,000 euros for a gala dress seems to me an outrage - she and Harry would do well to project an image less extravagant.

Let's wait and see what gives. Elisabeth would have meant Gloria T&T being his MiL. That would scare anyone off, methinks. At a young age (in my teens, to be precise) which i spent in Munich / Germany, we would often happen to dine in one of her favourite restaurants, the 'Franziskaner Fuchsnstubn' downtown. She was an extremely loud, tacky person with tablemanners that left a lot to be desired. Meghan certainly landed the best role of her pretty unremarkable acting career, 'princess spare'.

Loved my bestie's speech. Found odd the church group outing, then again Charles and Camilla are divorced too. Don't think the dress was appropriate. + 60,000 euros for a gala dress seems to me an outrage - she and Harry would do well to project an image less extravagant. yes, i agree, but magazines like Town and Country sell more ads this way.
