Solemnization of marriage
Conditions:
The conditions of marriage in the Principality are:
- Article 139 of the Civil Code of Monaco: "Marriage can not be
celebrated in the Principality on the express condition that one of the future
spouse is domiciled or at least stay in Monaco so

Weddings are celebrated every day of the week, days off
holidays, between 10 am and 4:00 p.m. and on Saturday morning 10
11:30 hours. It is advisable to book several months
advance for a wedding scheduled for Saturday morning, especially
between May and October.
To constitute a record of marriage, make an appointment
with the State Civil Service.

Required documents:
The documents required vary according to individual circumstances
spouses, the application must be filed two months before the celebration

1 - Proof of residence:
