The Thursday before the ball, Albert visited a modern art exhibit. I wonder why Albert did not take his bride to this exhibit since she is a connoisseur of modern art. I don’t know anything about this artist Alain-Dominique Gallizia, but I just realize that Charlene can only attend events where someone can converse with her in English – or else she needs to bring her interpreter. I think they will be very selective with which events dh goes to and who she has to speak to – only in English. Here’s the French press release about Albert’s visit.

HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco visited the exhibition "The Art of Graffiti, 40 years of pressure"
HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco visited, Thursday, August 4, 2011, exhibition history and avant-garde "Art of Graffiti, 40 years of pressure that shows the last art movement of the late twentieth century. The pressure is an art in itself deserves to be known and recognized, so that it can find its place in history and within most major international museums.
The exhibition of Alain-Dominique Gallizia, under the High Patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, in Monaco includes collections of high quality. The 40-year history, staged on about 3000 m2 at the Grimaldi Forum, reveal the richness of this art that has developed internationally as a universal movement.
Wish every success to this exhibition, which runs until August 19, allowing the public to reach out to this art in itself, before the passion of Alain-Dominique Gallizia does not imply its collections roaming Brazil, China or the United States.
