well, I have to say that a bunch of unelected (as in not by the people) elderly and mostly white guys are telling a country what to do is pretty outrageous. It is the job of a judge to uphold the law, not to make it. And if I am not mitaken 2 on the board have committed crimes against women and should rot in prison instead of depriving women of the right to decide over their bodies. It is funny that now men are getting vasectomies in droves. I consider that a positive side effect though. About time men took on their share. I can't wait for the first ex marrital paternal lawsuits against those prolifers....And the faces of the spouses...
as to Trump, I fear despite all that has come to light he will get off lightly (which will encourage him even more), for the simple reason that people fear unrest, if he is actually put in prison for treason. THe US is so divided that it doesn't take much to spark a civil war. And Russia will help light that spark. Hopefully Biden will realize in time that a second term is not in the cards for him. IMO Michelle Obama is the only democrat with enough power to draw the masses. Her kids are grown, she is still highly popular, she is very smart and already knows the drill. ANother run from HIlary or Biden would be devastating. Michelle would be very difficult to run against, especially since she is black and a woman. Attacking her will be very hard. ANd although she has never held an office, she has been in politics for decades and met the major players nationally as well as internationally. Democrates need to get her to change her mind about running and throw all they have behind her.

paca I agree to disagree. Though some figures are too polarizing. Everything is stale because no one trusts and everyone wants to rig to win. They're blind to the fact that placing responsibility in people's hands is the future, whether it's leaving them to make their choices, face their consequences but let them draw their paths and leave the ultimate judging to God. Wanting to control other people is the symptom that you have already failed. You failed to teach, to inspire, to guide, to support, to achieve. Once everyone accepts their state as "sinner", which is to say you're not above anyone else and that you don't get to play God, then people can work together rather than dominate/be dominated. We live in a quantum world, not a linear one and all intelligence is God-given. As for abortion, it only shows men's fear of women and that they have not attained any basic understanding of gender. So how can they possibly tackle any policies involving the masses when they're clearly still superstitious towards women? Statistics say that when given the respect due to their reproductive capacity, women opt less for abortions. Now you will have angry women, and women who will turn away from the church because no effort is made to understand them. And oh the hypocrisy of "good Christian" males, who are just as equally responsible in the act of abortion, means that the quality of churchgoers leave to be desired. Many men owe their lives to women who undertook the burden alone. But where is the sympathy? Where's the Christianity? So good luck with that. We know there will be an increase in incels. We know the violence they're capable of, when women turn away from men. Going backwards is never a good harbinger. God help us.

Afro ginger 😂 I guess the Bower book is out. I think this is funny. What could be cuter? To be offended is to be somehow overly self-conscious and to be carrying one's own prejudice - confirmed by the fanatical de-perming and wigs. I suppose this confirms their status as the thinnest-skinned people around. Will they sue Camilla next? 🙄🤦🏻♀️ pagesix.com/2022/07/21/camilla-parker-bowles-may-be-why-harry-meghan-left-uk-book/And as this title implies, if the duo left because of Camilla, Camilla just consolidated her popularity in Britain.

The Royalist is quoting someone as saying the terrible two are trying to wedge themselves as "quasi-royals" in their upcoming trip to the UK, which blinds reveal is motivated by Netflix not getting its share of real royal exposure on their last trip. I think they'll just get booed a lot. I would however not mess with HM whose poker face sends those that gamble, scurrying. They will after all be in breach of Megxit. www.thedailybeast.com/prince-harry-and-meghan-markle-risking-wrath-of-queen-with-quasi-royal-uk-tour

So... the victim of "racism" is the actual racist!? 🤦🏻♀️ It looks like South Africans are now telling the Duchess of Suss-sex to f-off, literally 😆
It's the theme this week... 😉

Knowing full well how complicated grief can be, knowing full well how sometimes with family you just can't win and knowing his grief today is far bigger than mine, this is for Harry:

The Cut, which featured earlier an interview with Meghan, and is taking a crude swipe at Charles, has an interesting chain of ownership. First, New York magazine and New Yorker magazine are two separate things. One is the New York Post response to the other (to confuse you more 😉). Nevertheless, The Cut/New York is Vox Media based in Washington, DC and owned by Comcast, owned by Vanguard & Blackrock, heavily funded by Tesla/Elon Musk, (the tax avoiding) GAFA and Berkshire Hathaway owned by Buffett and... Saudi Arabia. So Musk, Bezos, Gates, etc. Fascinating. stockzoa.com/ticker/cmcsa/

Harry should by now know he's in the wrong. I personally don't care about his book. But if he plays all his cards at once, then has nothing left afterwards that's new to offer, he will have self-combusted in 3 little years. If I were him, it's not yoga I would learn, it's martial arts. Any dirt he thinks gives him power? It will fizzle and he doesn't quite know how to land. So, if you can't fight, you stay out of the battle. His appeal previously meant he'd been given anything his heart desired, rather than jump in the gutter for lesser results. In the long run, it's best to pay back the advance and sit on the book. Were the book to succeed, he won't see the profits and he will also hate himself. If he matures the decision, uninfluenced by others, he will find financial support and an honest job through family. That's my take on that.
Meanwhile... the royal commentator who took CNN's Don Lemon to task about reparations for slavery should be slapped. "Supply chain", she says. Well, if the slave brokers had had no clientèle, they'd have been forced out of business. Where's the Christianity there?! Ask your East Indian Company. Also on display was not even a hesitance for Lemon's potential ancestry in the matter. She was rude and propagandist. Her answer seemed baked. No clients, no slave trade. End of story.

I blame Dame Joan Collins' convincing acting and most glamourous villainess role for some of the grief we have to endure today because of Meghan's Alexis Carrington complex. Also Harry's daddy fixation, whereby he is digging his heels in defending his woman against all. But de grâce 🙏🏻, every day is such drudgery with HM gone that all the book excerpts are like salt on the wound. I can't take it, personally. Just give us a timeout from those two for a bit. Don't take up the slack from Sunshine Sacks, please. They don't care about bad publicity so you're not punishing them, you're keeping them in the news. I think the family showed them enough as it is, about what the general feeling is. www.thedailybeast.com/meghan-markle-screamed-at-staff-left-them-broken-and-shaking-with-fear-new-book-claims

I adore Lady C. Her monologues are soothing, even if only playing in the background. And I'm thrilled she lit up her space so I can appreciate what looks like mid-19th century paintings (I'm selling one, a French master from 1863 by Louis XV's portraitist, but that needs a little TLC I'm afraid) placed behind her. Now, that would not make me naive to think her references to "coming home to roost" or that endeavours should be "rewarded" are any coded support. (…) And my affection for my bestie is not automatically transferable (...) So. I've made that point for what it's worth 😘❤️ youtu.be/S6UWIpJOIhI

I recall there were two words people described in the book Richistan as Richistanis, feared the most: Paris Hilton. It had to do with what their offspring might be up to with all that wealth and privilege. Being related to Phyllis Diller will no doubt one day make people revisit and discover some comedic brilliance about the dumb blonde persona. I don't know. I never watched. I also don't listen to Archetypes but Taz here says it best:
I think there's some boomerang snobbery where MM is still climbing the social ladder through her more famous guests and at the same time trying to ridicule them. The joke's on her though...
