I don't like any of the outfits and the only one that was somewhat appropriate was the yucky Sunday one. The ball robe looks like she robbed a fish. I don't even like the shoes she wore. She does has unattractive hands, feet and legs. the most ridiculous is the one long sleeve the other no sleeve outfit. Jeez make up your mind guys either one or the other, no both. I am getting so tired of the asymmetric thing. And that strapless just looks vulgar.

Here's an article that speaks of the clouth that kate now has at the $3 billion cuying power thta Michelle Obama has. Charlene has been in the public eye for 6 years and she has shown to have ZERO clout - if any effect that she has on Monaco it is definitely a negative one. Now, this woman is spending tensof thousands of dollars on one outfit and no one cares. No one, but a few bloggers who want to label her a fashionista. The palace and Albert just don' get - it doesn't matter what Charlene wears and how much it cost and who made it - her overall aura is just trashy! They started out putting cheap lipstick on this pig and then decided to put designer lipstick on it hoping that now it would no longer be a pig - it still is a pig no matter how much the lipstick cost that you out on it.
The Duchess factor: How Catherine now shifts clothes faster than fashion's '$3billion woman' Michelle Obama By TAMARA ABRAHAM 1st June 2011
As if we needed any further proof that the new Duchess of Cambridge has serious fashion clout, it appears she has now surpassed Michelle Obama in selling power.
Since her engagement to Prince William last year, everything Catherine wears now sells out in minutes, rivalling only the U.S. First Lady's impact on the industry.
The Reiss Shola dress she wore to meet Mrs Obama last week was the strongest example to date.
As soon as pictures of the Duchess appeared online, the British retailer said they were shifting the $340 garments at a rate of one a minute, and traffic to its website soared by 500 per cent before it crashed. Since it sold out, versions of the dress have been selling for as much as $1,000 on eBay and traffic to the Reiss website remains boosted by 200 per cent.
It echoes the J Crew frenzy sparked by Mrs Obama - dubbed by financial analysts as the $3billion woman - when she wore the label on the Tonight Show in 2008.

^ I cringe every time I see Charlene's body shape. I think Hibou labeled it 'T-bar' which fits. Charlene can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on clothes, but with her body, it is never going to look good. It is unfortunate that they couldn't be on time to the Queen's dinner, but if they had been, then everyone else entering would have had to wait 10 minutes while Charlene posed for photographs, even the Queen. You can tell that she really thought she looked good with the attitude that she is projecting in these photos. When is she going to get a butt enhancement? That probably should have been first on her list after the boob job. Scout, before I saw your post, I had a good laugh when I looked at those pictures of Charlene. Her posing and posturing like she thinks she is the star attraction--the whole attitude going on there is hilarious. ;D Look at the second photo ;D -- Who stands like that? Especially after getting out of a car ;D...the whole head/body preening is too much--but funny to see. The funniest part is Albert juxtaposed in the background with Charlene's whole stance and projection. I think this picture sums up those old posts of mine "Charlene doesn't need Albert now" he is just the silly foolish errand boy dragging behind and writing out the checks in her dust. Look at poor Albert trying to get someone to remember him....like he is or was once suppose to be something else, besides just another hookers fool. Charlene doesn't even remember that she's actually with anyone, not even a glance in Albert's direction....waiting for him to join her. These photo's speaks volumes--it is all about CHARLENE! But then why wouldn't she think she is so important, when that is all that Albert and the Palace has told her all these years! They were the ones that fished this ignorant skank with a severe case of NPD out of SA and told her they are relying on her "image" to save Albert and their country! Isn't that why they have been tryng to paste her face everywhere they could forever, or brought her to Monaco and payed her the big bucks, as if she was already someone so important that they were having to pay her big bucks to lend "her image"? What do they expect when they tell an ignorant opportunistic gold-digging bimbo who would be willing to "do anything" for money and fame! She's not hard to figure out, but who isn't left scratching their head trying to figure out Albert's and the Palace's weird thinking? Who do they think this girl is? And why did they ever think anyone was going to give a rats ass about one more cheezy bimbo in a nice dress? Cheap gold-digging wanna-bes like Charlene are a dime a dozen, but even at that, a scheming whore can have a brain! Look at Pamela Harriman? How could anyone think someone should or would ever care about this tacky idiot of a girl? The whole thing is so weirdly laughable, sadly it is also a tragic comedy, considering Monaco's past--it still had a nicer and more sophisticated image, before Albert turned into a place for sexist old men and their wannabe hookers and whores....yep, you know all sorts of intelligent, cultured, interesting people are lining up to go and support Monaco now! They wanted Charlene's image to be Albert's legacy--they've succeeded! Scout, I think they put her butt implants in her boobs...that might explain the weirdest looking boob job that I've ever seen.

The jacket Charlene wore at the Prince Garden in Menton on 15 May 2011 is also by Akris. You can buy it retail at Saks Fifth Avene or at Neiman Marcus for $2560. To me, this is another overpriced drab looking cotton jacket that you can find at JCPennys or a similar department store for 20 times less. Akris's choices of fabrics are very drab colors and dull and cheap-looking texture - well to me (look at the close ups). OMG The duck lips! ;D Charlene shouldn't wear short jackets and I notice her clothes always look at least a size to small for her. This girl just because she is tall, is never going to wear clothes well, that is not who she is, in fact her body shape really does resemble a female impersonator in drag! There is nothing she can do about that, except this is the wrong role for this woman, and if that is the only thing these idiot people were banking on, they can forget about it, because no matter how hard they try to dress up this duck....there isn't a thing interesting or novel about her. Fashion and style are two very different things--Fashion Icons have "style", and Charlene does not have one bit of style, because it isn't something you can buy--it is something that reflects who you are "inside." And some of Charlene's earlier choices show who she is! Now she just looks like like she borrowed someone's clothes, which looks exactly like what she is doing....I mean she is all about being "for hire" I guess they are happy for her to keep that image, why try to hide it now? This girl looks shallow to the core and I guess since Albert is marrying her, one could only assume he is too. "Shallow Al"

The South African Debbie Reynolds, The Mercury reporter who wrote the recent article explaining how Charlene came to her in early 2006 with advice how to handle the media since she saw a future with Albert (see this post for the article), has written this very kiss-ass article for the Riviera Times about the happy and in love Albert and Charlene’s South African party. Below are comments from Charlene’s designer Terrence Bray about the dress that Charlene wore. It’s so funny to read his praises for Charlene and this dress which he says “reflected the real person,” especially since I find the dress so fitting because it makes her look likes one of those olden bordello prostitutes. Bray designed Charlene, her mother Lynette and Donatella’s dresses.
Purrfect evening for royal party Albert and Charlene arrive in Durban for honeymoon celebrations
By Debbie Reynolds, The Mercury 08.07.2011
The dress spoke volumes. It told the story of African roots, the union of an earthy heritage and a sophisticated dynasty. … The guest list was a closely-guarded secret, but some familiar faces spotted were Olympic swimmer Penny Heyns, tennis champion Kevin Curren, President Jacob Zuma, KZN Premier Zweli Mkhize, TV presenter Joanne Strauss, eThekwini Mayor James Nxumalo, businessman Vivian Reddy and Durban designer Terrence Bray.
Bray had spent the afternoon adding the finishing touches to garments specially designed for the Durban reception for Princess Charlene, her mother Lynette Wittstock and friend and “matron of honour” Donatella Knecht de Massy.
For him this was more than just another commission. “She is a special friend and I wanted to make a dress which reflected the real person,” he said. “It needed to be a celebration of her past, present and future and an expression of her social conscience.”
The black and bronze bustier fishtail creation Princess Charlene wore last night was beaded by the Hillcrest Aids Centre and hand-sewn by Bray.
“It’s a classic design,” said Bray, “but it’s not just a dress. It reflects our long friendship and the real heart and soul of a woman who is passionate and will go on to do wonderful things.”
The beads were done by AIDS patients Full view of the dress which Bray states is "real heart and soul of a woman who is passionate and will go on to do wonderful things”

It is bad taste to wear black color for own wedding event. Who choose the color? It is bad omen for her marriage. Embedded path to her own funeral.

That dress is really ugly. Yes it reflects her alright. LOL! ;D All outfits so far are ill fitting and badly chosen. Charlene you have not found your fashion feet yet. My apologies for making a comparison but watching how Kate Middleton has styled herself on tour, it's all very simple, elegant - and that's why it works for her. Charlene comes across as being very fashion naive, perhaps arrogant in her choices... it's like she picks things that in her own head she thinks she'll look wonderful in, but instead looks awkward on her with her swimmer's body and like she is trying too hard. I don't pity her, she has fashion designers fawning around her so she has plenty of experience to draw from.

Well $350 is not really a paupers princess. To most people that would be the wardrobe for a year. But what it shows is that Kate wears what she likes, what suits her and what makes her comfortable. her outfits don't wear her. She is appropriately dressed, but I doubt that anyone will really think much about her dress, but more about the person inside. The trash doesn't have that luxury. there is nothing much inside and the outside isn't any better, hence the persistent need for surgery. Kate is not a stunning beauty. Quite the contrary. she is a pretty much average looking woman with a normal body. Not overtly sexy, but attractive enough. SHe is middle class in every way. SHe is educated, but just as much a she needs to be to not appear out of place. For the Royals she is the perfect link as she can relate to all levels of society without seeming out of place. That lends her credibility in her role. Sth that trashy is wanting. I'm just waiting for trashy to walk around wearing glasses to appear intelligent... Read more: royalopinions.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=opinion&action=display&thread=162&page=4#ixzz1StdaUoOAthat is so true if you are well read or educated you can fit in anywhere and kate does "get it".that can be seen by the dressshe wears today we all want buy it
