The owner of Monaco Telecom and mate of Arnault's daughter has purchased the Hotel Lambert on Île Saint-Louis, an architectural gem by Louis le Vau and decorated partly by Charles Le Brun. It was previously owned by a Qatari royal who bought it off a Rothschild:

Considering the flow of Russian oligarchs in Monaco over the years and the fact Putin's mistress & lovechild were set up there, that designation hardly reflects those longstanding relationships.
