The latest tragedy now, after Puerto Rico, is Las Vegas for the US - the deadliest mass shooting in its history, by a multi-millionaire residential real estate owner and retired accountant whose single brush with sensationalism was a Most Wanted father who's escaped prison. It brings up the issue of gun control and it omits this as a domestic terrorism event - which it is. Nonetheless, another factor overlooked is this IMO, as Scientific American calls "Mind Control by Cell Phone". Transcranial Magnetic Manipulation....think about it.With that, the hurricane and flood victims, and Tom Petty too, the US needs some good vibes these days. ((((((HUG)))))

There is hope when people get behind brave frontrunners for peace, and inscribe themselves on the right side of history. The Nobel has gone to ICAN, the pioneers of the ban on nuclear weapons: People that can do no wrongHere's a thought...those who are so hellbent to kill each other should convoke themselves to duels on a floating platform in the middle of the ocean and do combat somewhere away from civilians where they are not killed or displaced and can go about their God-given lives. Leave the peaceful out of your power games.

Reading about world affairs, I wondered if there were ever any predictions or prophecies about Muslims pitted against Muslims, and I found this Christian Muslim convert doctor to dissect the situation, for those interested: m.huffpost.com/us/entry/6725486It's fascinating how it will all boil down to..Jesus?! And the end of time. Reading that I was tempted by prophecies of my own (astaghfirullah). First, the messiah is happily being reared in the Pleiades. 2022? ... Secondly, the elements for peace and prosperity are always here, without dialing up for help. However: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_eschatologyQuote: In Islam, a number of major and minor signs foretell the end of days. There is debate over whether they could occur concurrently or must be at different points in time, although Islamic scholars typically divide them into three major periods.[27] Sexual immorality appears among people to such an extent that they commit it openly, except that they will be afflicted by plagues and diseases unknown to their forefathers; People cheat in weights and measures (business, trades, etc.) and are stricken with famine, calamity, and oppression as a result; They withhold charity and hoard their wealth, and rain is withheld from the sky from them; there is rain only for animals; They break their covenant with God and His Messenger and God enables their enemies to overpower them and take some of what is in their hands; God causes those who do not live according to His book to fight among themselves.[note 1]

Eh, Muslims pit against each other for over 1000 years by themselves. That Shia and Sunni hate is no western production, they may have used it for their gain, but in the end it's up to muslims to tolerate each others different approach to their religion. But pigs will fly before that happens.

There's rivalry and then having that sore point exploited. Imagine today trying to pit, say, French against English...Cathos vs Protestants? Bad example, since they're all brainwashed by the geopolitical aims of one obstructive obsessed group. But you're right, infighting has gone on too long. Only now however would full-blown conflict cause something irreparable and it certainly feels like some are really itching for war. Hi Donald! Meanwhile bravo to Egypt for letting Palestinians through on humanitarian grounds. Eh, Muslims pit against each other for over 1000 years by themselves. That Shia and Sunni hate is no western production, they may have used it for their gain, but in the end it's up to muslims to tolerate each others different approach to their religion. Happy 2018! This coming year I hope war will be declared a disease, an addiction, an anomaly that causes disturbances in the body politic. I hope the world will review rules of engagement and tighten them. I hope decades-long stalemates end. I hope nations will be held responsible for their delinquence. And those who want to bend the will of governing bodies with blackmail will get retroactive bill for abusing the process to their ends, compared to peaceful nations. I hope especially that a common denominator among postwar chaos and ominous harbinger will be retired to the Smithsonian for study among other oddities. Then, we may have peace.

Update: www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-israel-abbas/abbas-wins-eu-backing-for-palestinian-capital-in-east-jerusalem-idUSKBN1FB1NRCongratulations. Even if I believe Jerusalem would benefit from a framework like at Mecca and the Vatican, where its first a pilgrimage place, this is still encouraging. There should not be a monopoly over holy sites by one denomination of religion, nor should the sites serve to hide behind in fear of retaliation for misdeeds. There are 5 million displaced Palestinians. Palestine has not shown an expansionist impulse towards its neighbouring hosts and is not responsible for WW2, for framing the Christian prophet or sparking Islamaphobia in the world at large. Sometimes its okay to say something has failed, and to return sooner rather than later to what was reasonable. Both Christianity and Islam promote forgiveness, not pigheadedness. Palestine was home to a 10% Jewish population that was not oppressed or turfed off, or maligned. Do unto others... . . . Bravo to Luxembourg for the bold affirmation on behalf of Palestine and its supporters: m.dw.com/en/luxembourgs-jean-asselborn-calls-for-recognizing-palestine/a-42175710The world has to state the obvious. There was never anything wrong with Palestine before it was illegally hacked by false Zionist claim of self-determination and purchase of British politicians.

I wondered...with all the recent talk of Panama and Paradise Papers, tax evasion and Oxfam's reminder about the 1% as well as the constant US threat of war(s).. I wonder how much of military invasions based on defending "national interests" is actually for American-owned companies or tax haven registered companies the US defends in foreign countries? Imagine the Panama or Bahamian army being called to go protect some oil well in Syria or something? And what's the ratio of casualties to the 2000 or so of the 1% who get US military protection? I can't count because I have a math chip missing, but at face value it would seem absurd. American intervention should warrant American ownership of said interests, no?

Obama's Kehinde Wiley (whom I loved at Art Dubai 2013) reminds me of a photo of Pope John II I'm sure I wasn't the only one to see, sitting head in hand at the pope villa garden. Its still better news than the non-stop trainwreck in Syria. Its as much a long moratorium that's needed there, as it's a rule book on war for all parties involved. We're watching an act of international cannibalism. The civilian casualties alone should warrant an immediate stand down. The current situation shows as much a lack of self-restraint as Assad was accused of. Get out of Dodge everyone. #epicfail

Its not because my mind this morning was taking a Chinese holiday to detract from my reality, that I was forgetting "my" people of Palestine. Sometimes I think the Crime Minister is just greedy for attention, whether its Poland, Syria or baiting Iran. I'm heartened though when I see Israelis demand a better leader. One that might not disgust international opinion as much. Deep down one might dare to hope that among them some might see the overarching misuse of political systems that turned former polite friends into deeply outraged neighbours, and wish that they could accept that Palestine was not Nazi Germany. If it wasn't broke, it needed no fixing. What defusion of tension it would be for a simple gesture of reaching across and admitting it was an irrepressible impulse after what happened in Europe, but that it was misguided to scapegoat a nation foreign to the injustices. Why does there need to be human sacrifices and unnecessary hardships brought on the Palestinians? They never contained Jews or prevented them from free access. La betise humaine. Repeating patterns of oppression is stupid.

Probably the finest mind on the planet has left us. Stephen Hawking, RIP. I hope he experiences something beyond his mortality, like I've experienced a wormhole attached to my chest one morning a few years ago. I would have loved to have a window into his brain's circuitry but only God has that privilege, no pun intended. There's so much we don't know. time.com/5199149/stephen-hawking-death-god-atheist/

I'm not a huge fan of Sarkozy, however it strikes me that the figure heads in these schemes fall but you never see the masterminds who whisper in their ear take the fall. www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-43469316Libya reminds me vaguely that I was told a Libyan drug dealer kept a home at the now defunct 4 Seasons in Toronto in the 90s. Let me remind people about Sarkozy's predecessor Jacques Chirac performing the wedding of Jean-Loup Sulitzer (Paul?) and Delphine Jacobson, daughter of....Sy Jacobson. Chirac was also guilty of financial crimes. Sulitzer was guilty of... Etc etc. Libya was probably the wallet du jour for Jacobson's cheap tricks. You can now find him in Trump's orbit.

Maybe I'll show my ignorance of matters Syria-related, but if Syrians were my people, and in light of Israel refusing to go back to its lines, I would with Russia repeal Sykes Picot and form a union with Palestine, to shift the heat a little. Then I would reassure my neighbours and sign non-aggression treaties (since expansionism is less the motivation, than protecting the rear in this case). Let Israel decloak itself in Britain or in the US, and let those populations handle being bossed around by bullies. Some background : www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-35806229I simply had not heard of issues with Syria only in recent past. If the Arab Spring is to blame, shall we examine the solutions employed by other countries? It's a Pandora's box any which way.
