I think that would be over interpreting. It has been mentioned before btw. Besides Albert isn't known to be the cunning one in the family. I think it might be more that the other problems are due to her plastic surgery addiction and he didn't want to spell out the obvious. If you compare what she used to look like and how she looks now... Especially her teeth. She had them redone several times. When you look at her old pics, they look worse now, then what they used to look like. and all she needed to get that done, unable to properly speak and clearly looking fake (she needs to get a better dentist as her veneers and crowns look plastic. Good quality looks like real teeth and you wouldn't know the difference). A lot of people messed around with her teeth and face. And a lot went wrong. I get that she had her nose done. That does look better than the original and I also get that she wanted to get her boobs fixed, given that she had none. But she should have left it at that. Hopefully some of the doctors told her to stop or do reverse surgery.

Guess you are right Paca. But nevertheleas "different other problems" leaves room for speculations in terms of her mental health status.

Albert is Duc de Mazarin, so maybe just doing his duty. I love that name. Mazarin was the Italian cardinal who served as stepfather almost, or definitely tutor, to young Louis XIV and encouraged his taste for tapestries among other things, that led to the nationalization of decorative arts. He gifted the king with the Hunts of Maximilian tapestries, if I recall, that adorn the Louvre museum in their own exhibit hall. I have the one representing Virgo or August, in a smaller scale of course. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunts_of_Maximilian

Josephine Baker is proof that a black woman was brave and determined, and fortunately found herself in artistic circles that were more indulging albeit bordering on self-exploitation however all the while building a brand she was able to control to a large degree. She was intelligent for sure.

And considering the era when she actually did it. A woman. A black woman. Decades later and still the majority of women, let alone black woman, do not come near her. I think that her context makes her achievements even greater. That she has been admitted to the pantheon is well deserved, although the resting place of mostly white guys makes it a bit bizare. Then again, her grave remains in Monaco, so it is merely symbolic. She probably wouldn't have been bothered too much. She did what she considered right. She didn't have it easy, but she lived life on her terms and not the opinions of others.

Bien dire fait rire, mais bien faire fait taire? Is that the saying. Nailing something silences people. Surely regular black women couldn't relate. The image of her entering a white man's world is a huge metaphor for her sex appeal - she did appeal to that common denominator and used sex & men, and it's another reason why some black women may not have felt empowered by her as a role model, because it meant playing on a stereotype of sexploitation to gain acceptance. But she was an artist and unique. And definitely had panache. And considering the era when she actually did it. A woman. A black woman. men sexually exploit women all the time. Taking it into her own hands is turning the cards. Look at all those female bloggers these days. They are doing the same thing only on the cheap. So she was way ahead of her time. I think she had a lot in common with Colette, who started out being exploited by her husband and then taking matters into her own hands. Living a life against common thoughts, rules and values. Daring to live with another woman and then with a much younger man and writing about it too. All in the open, embracing life and love as it comes. And that many decades before the rest of the world would catch up. People are still gasping at Madonna. And these women lived that long before her under much harder circumstances. Just shows that Madonna is imitating rather than inovating or even rebelling. These 2 have walked the walk long before her, with no role models.

When a person is still defined by parameters others imposed on them, whether reacting or folding, I don't call that a liberation personally. Real freedom is distance from the pigeon hole IMO. No pun 😉 men sexually exploit women all the time. Taking it into her own hands is turning the cards. Look at all those female bloggers these days. They are doing the same thing only on the cheap. My guess is yes and that everything will go back to normal, i.e. keep pretending to be a happy family.

She will show for NH and the xmas activities. Then she will disappear until St devote and the circus. then she will be gone again until the GP. By then she will get her teeth fixed and more plastic surgery. And in between she will be going on holiday to corsica and turkey (who cares about human rights eh? she might do the Katie Price and have her procedures there)

OMG Katie Price!! They share parental skills too. Btw, are "glamour models" a UK phenomenon? She will show for NH and the xmas activities. That man sounds charming. All goodness and his aunties that are big Grace Kelly fans, 😄 it seems more endearing to them than his title. Sweet. Random, but super sweet.

Texts with links? That's a phishing expedition, I think. People who click will have their phones pirated. In Monaco, that can be a virtual heist. There's a handful of malfeasants who do that. I'm sure Albert has come across a few.
