I should just start a tread for all the lawsuits they she and/or Albert will file. I forgot to post about the lawsuit that they filed against the London's Times. I am waiting for the day that the media fight back against these two and stop covering them at all. Can you imagine what Charlene will do if NO ONE in the media post anything about it. She will literlally go crazy. I am also waiting for the day when these reporters start sharing all the times that Charlene gave them information about her private whereabouts, especially during the time she was currying favors with them so that they can convince Albert to marry her. I wonder what the photo and article (published October 7, 2011) was about and if we have it posted on Royal Opinions. Read the comments on Jean Marc Morandini's blog, she really does not have a good image with the public and these lawsuits will make it worse.
Charlene of Monaco condemns the magazine Closer
11 December 2011
In its latest issue, Closer published conviction at the request of Charlene Grimaldi, Princess of Monaco. It reads:
"By order of November 25, 2011, the judge of the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Paris, ordered the company Mondadori Magazines France, editor of Closer, for undermining respect for the privacy of Charlene Grimaldi, Princess of Monaco, and the right it has on its image by publishing an article in Issue 329 of Closer, the first dated 7 October 2011. Funny, but I think the below article (from this post in Royal Opinion's Marriage & Relationship: The media's Depictionthread) is probably what ticked Charlene off, but since the article is still online, this is not the article she sued about. I bet Charlene sued on the cover story that Closer did about her going to Paris for IVF treatment. They even had photos. Closer magazine states over 70% of their Internet readers do NOT believe in the Albert and Charlene love story. Ok, this is from a tabloid and an Internet poll (which is NOT scientific) but still it's funny and it a total turn around when the media was raving what a the fairytale couple Albert and Charlene is, how much everyone loved Charlene (including Albert) and how everyone in Monaco cannot wait until Albert marries her. Here is the article from the past week when Closer did the poll - over 2000 votes. I didn't post it last week because I wanted it to be as less influenced by royal board posters as possible. clearly, Charlene's rabid lying French flunkie (who I now believe is a PAID flunkie) didn't get around to this poll and vote as much as possible,
THE LOVE AFFAIR BETWEEN ALBERT AND CHARLENE, 70% OF INTERNET USERS DO NOT BELIEVE
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2011
You have been many and many to respond to our survey about the bonds of love that unite the Prince Albert II of Monaco and Charlene Wittstock. 71% of you do not believe at all in the love story between the South African swimmer and the prince. At 33, the wife of Prince Albert is overtaken by time. Indeed, Charlene told the "Journal du Dimanche" shortly before his marriage to want "a child soon." Is not this the best proof of love.

This is clearly, the story that they are suing about - posted in this post in Royal Opinion's Heirs for Albert & Charlene? yes, No, How Many thread. The date on the magazine is October 7, 2011. Notice that they are suing for invasion of privacy not defamation. So, the story is probably true. We all stated that she will have to use IVF to get pregnant.
The media has already started the pregnancy stories, so I'll bump up this thread to just report them all here. Do you think Dumblene realize that the ONLY reason Albert married her was to have an heir? France's Closer magazine is stating that they have an exclusive story about Charlene's visit to Paris and how she may already be pregnant. I wonder if Sucker Al knows.

LOL so she doesn't like that the media is speculating about a pregnancy? And how it might come to that? Guess French judges still think that is private, but it isn't when that is your only job and you are a public figure

In the past the Grimaldis have made a lot of money suing magazines. The only one that had grounds was Caroline when it involved her under age kids. She wanted the press to respect their privacy and she was correct on that, but Charlene suing? This is not in her best interest. She is not a media darling like Kate is now (although they can still get hostile). You don't see the BRF suing anyone. They either ignore it or issue a denial. The correct way to do things. The press as we all have observed, will turn on a "celebrity" with a vengeance. The old game of sue the tabloids is a short term success. Eventually they will just ignore them entirely and the flagship will find herself with no press or Albert paying for it. The one thing Eringer stated about suing the press was that the press just saw it as part of doing business. The question becomes does the person suing pull in more money for the magazine than what they have to shell out in the lawsuit. If the answer is "NO" then they will no longer print anything about that person. Thus, no press at all. Albert is out of touch. What worked for Rainier will not work in the age of the internet etc. JMO.

It is a joke that she, who called journalists and send them mails to tell them about her next movements, is complaining about "privacy right". She ´s so stupid and believes in her little mind she´s someone important now. She´s just gossip material and will continue to be so.

It is probably that story, yes. The woman is unvebeliable. She has them on speed dial, she informs them of every single move she makes, and then, when there's something she doesn't like, she suits again them. She is insane. INSANE.
And the story is probably true, as Myadia says, it says invacion of privacy, not defamation.
