Yes the color coordination was duly noted. I believe someone in the press referred to them as gray penguins. Also all the other royals were in military uniform. Where was Albert's? He would have looked dashing in Uniform.

I think it's part of her scarf so she won't lose it without the scarf the dress would be highly inappropriate for a dinner presided by the Queen Exactly Paca! Here's a closer view of the so-called sleeve and you can clearly see that it is part of he scarf. Without the scarf, the dress and is just another plain (minus the ruffles/feathers that she has floating at the bottom) trashy looking strapless dress that Charlene loves to wear to show off her new boobs. To me, nothing special - but don't tell Conlene and her relatives that who swear she was the most stunning woman there and the best outfit that she has ever worn. I still smiling over Conlene's meeting with fate that she was not photographed nor filmed with all the other royals entering - thus she missed all the follow-up coverage of those reporting on the pre-wedding dinner. All of that preparation for her lame attempt to steal the show from Kate and make a big splash in the world's media - and she sunk. Yeah karma! She needed the scarf to hide a rather drab inappropriate top. Larger view of the scarf - and Sucker Al trying to pull her alone away from her first love - the cameras

Thanks for the pics again I wouldn't be surprised if this was her last pic in a white gown. If you are set to marry in 8 weeks you save the "look-at-me-in-white-designer-dress" pics for your own wedding, don't you? This desperatly wearing white at a pre-wedding dinner looks like she isn't 100% sure that world will see her like that in July and want's to make sure she is photographed at a royal wedding in white to be remembered like that - even it's not her own. For some reason I would hesitate to wear a white gown that close to my wedding. It is like it won't take place.

IMO this dress is one of her wedding dress rejects. She loved it so much, (because she looks like a beautiful swan in it, except that her transformation from an ugly duckling wasn't a result of a natural process ), that she wanted to wear it for her wedding but was told it is too shiny, thigh and reveling. So, this was the perfect occasion to wear it to. How many times she wore a wedding dress so far? Four or five?

Who knows, maybe she is having doubts about her own wedding taking place on July, so she assures that everybody see her dressed in a white wedding gown-lookalike in a royal wedding...because it maybe her last time! Oh, i so wish it was true!

Yes the color coordination was duly noted. I believe someone in the press referred to them as gray penguins. Also all the other royals were in military uniform. Where was Albert's? He would have looked dashing in Uniform. On German TV they were called "the grey mice from Monaco". Hibou, is "dashing" meant to be sarcastic? The last time I remember seeing PA in his white "dinner" uniform jacket - I think at the swedish wedding - he looked like a dumpling on the verge of exploding. His belly did not know which way to go.

It's either funeral or wedding with her....guess her style of dressing will be known as bipolar dressing

Elektra yo are on a roll today! Hilarious, "grey mice from Monaco." I really think they color-coordinated at the request of Charlene who really felt that she looked stunningly and was going to be a big worldwide at this wedding. It find it so hilarious when the sugar loonies keep insisting that Albert is losing weight for his wedding because he is so much in love.

Exactly! I agree with Donna. What idiot is going to believe that they had a 30 minute problem with a car? So, a head of state on his way to meet the Queen for dinner couldn't get a another car for probably a short trip? I would be insulted if someone old me that excuse and expected me to believe it. Insulted! I am sure that if there would have been a problem with the car they would have had a replacement car right at hand. There was a car problem at the little games in Monaco for the VIPs at some point (guess me rounding up all waiting chauffeurs to transport the athletes to the stadium when they had a fueling problem with the buses at one point din't help , but this is Britain. they are doing these things all the time, sometimes several times a day with getting dignitaries to the Queen and back. they always have a plan B to keep the machine running smoothly. Cashlene and her wallet/valet are only little grains of sand that briefly cause a disturbance that passes mostly unnoticed. They were there because they had to be invited, not because they were wanted. That's why no one even bothered to cover them...Considering that she is South African and thus a member of the common wealth, it's interesting how she got snubbed on a day when Britain was celebrating its Britishness and everything to go with it... Let's not forget this was a VERY HIGH SECURITY EVENT for Britain- the last thing they needed was to have some high profile dignitary kidnapped, or shot, etc. to ruin this wonderful occasion. PA, as well as ALL the high profile people, had round the clock security with him. At the first sign of any "car trouble" secret service police would have moved in -JUST IN CASE it was some sort of a set up for trouble. If there was legitimate car trouble all they would have had to do is switch to one of the secret service cars that was trailing them. Four minutes.

Yeah it looks like Lady Anson is hurrying Charlene in. I bet Charlene didn't like that and Lady A is officially on her hate list.

Sugars are trying to make a decent excuse for the trashy couple's late arrival:
"Regarding PA and Charlene showing up late for the dinner. Did it occur to anyone that he might have informed the British ahead of time that he would be late? He is a working man afterall and may have had an earlier engagement that he couldn't get out of. "
Please...
