Yes, MadameConcorde, thanks for chiming in! I firmly believe that Harry INTENTIONALLY chose her to get up the skin of the British Royal Family. He will never forgive them for their treatment of him mum. Unfortunately, he may learn that "when you lay with dogs, you gonna get up with fleas."
Wish I had a wedding watch party to go to. I'm looking!

It shows you don't chose your family... The dad followed advice of the stepsister who also gave unflattering interviews. He being in TV should realize the optics. I don't see why he'd want to sabotage or make her prelude harder. But with family, you never know what grievances they harbour even if you were always kind to them growing up. There's this story, the poisonous cake (no doubt the person cutting it can make sure to remove the candied flowers before serving...tout de même). Diana's psychic too, who's afraid Megan will get bored and divorce, to who I say she'll be too busy with kids for at least 7-8 years, so how necessary is that to say. Anyway. I'd tell the bride: breathe deeply, go method. You thrive under pressure and scrutiny in your work. It's not different. Family sucks sometimes, but build good ties with his and you won't miss out. Your family will kick themselves one day. And don't forget to put Pippa at the back.  Be happy. |

He was probably never invited JMO. he had nothing to lose with posing for the photos ... only his honor when he is caught JMO.
Perhaps that is the problem of Meghan's perfect life on instragram. Her family is not so perfect and that is ok, but only now the truth comes up. She could say this in advance and something could be done about it.... I read a few weeks back that there are 6 pr people working exclusively on promoting the marriage / Meghan. Now everything has been for nothing.
But now she has the family she never had ;-) ..... if the new family still wants her and if the marriage still takes place.
but It is already the marriage that continues to give and give to the media/newspapers :-)

well,apparently he changed his mind again and IS going....what a soap opera...somehow reminds me of her suits story. Funny thng that no one ever reported on trashys fake pap shots before Beijing (not to mention those other staged pics from her early days in MC). Had she been dating a member of the BRF the British media would have torn her to shreds and she would at best have become another Koo Stark. And whilst trashys entire family bludges now on Alberts expense, the lives of Meghans family are destroyed, not mentioning that no matter how things turn out now, the wedding will rmain tainted. just like trashy will forever be the run away bride and have those awful kissing pics to look at. At least Harry loves her and the windsors have plenty of awkward family (Andrew, Sophie, Fergie, Dianas brother, The middletons and now their inlaws too, Charles and Camilla gate, not metioning Dianas poor choices and interviews...) so I suspect there won't be much of am issue inside the family. I suspect though that the parents will be taken aside by courtiers at some point and given advice for the future. Too bad that no one thought of that before the engagement and unleashing the media on inexperienced, regular people who have average people problems...

It's a goof-up, not worthy of a heart attack Just stop being your own PR and borrow one from his daughter already  It's all wedding jitters. He'll be on for barely ten minutes, the ratings will soar, everyone will recognize their own family gaffer and all will be well. Its not nearly as controversial as if he'd mocked John McCain and went on to start a rumour that Melania Trump attempted suicide.  Carry on! It's a "nothingburger". . . . so now he is not coming again as he has surgery tomorrow.... guess that settles things though doesn#t make things better for her, not being able to reassure herself of his well being. Guess they will be swinging by sometime during their honeymoon travels.... anyway hope all goes well with the surgery.

He's having an angioplasty or something, so its fairly lightweight and possible. If not...this is a role for our Albert, whose American actress mother was of good counsel to Diana, who himself represents well the mixed European-American royalty and who has a cute available son to be a pageboy. Albert has enough starpower to eclipse the drama, and is stately enough to step in as cool dad figure. Plus, in the future Harry & Megan will need him for their charity work very likely. Khadija Nin can accompany him, since CC would probably not go. That would be my advice. What a horrible sister.... I do feel sympathetic for the father, the paparazzi have been following him for months. Maybe he thought why not... I would like him to be there on Saturday. |

The Markles sure are stage hoggers. The stepsister was trying to make this all about the dad yesterday. His problems are self-inflicted, also judging by his girth. i almost qouted a comment but i will start a new one.
Both Harry and Meghan grew up around show biz and the media. They knew it would happen and are getting a kick out of it. Again, I believe that Harry is going to let the dirt fly and inside is laughing. He will ever disrespect what his granny and dad did to his mother. His way of "getting back."
Every journalist in the universe is trying to find anyone even remotely tied to the family to drip out dribble. It sells magazines and shows. Oprah took advantage of Meghan. it's runs high to low. Let them knock themselves out.
Happened with Trashy's family, too. AND remember when Caroline's first husband (much older than her) caught hell trying to sell their wedding photos to a tabloid? Was their marriage annulled? I will look it up.

Actually, CC must be peeved Meghan has it this easy on this forum. I don't think Harry is the grudgy type. Charles was unkind about the whole Camilla thing, he was. I don't think it was QE2's role to mother Diana. She does have her plate full. They didn't kill her. The spin meisters and parasites that hang on royalty, to build their own little empires, did. Royals like common mortals are infiltrated, manipulated, controlled, abused and chewed out when the crest of the wave will yield the most for those bloodsuckers. I just hope Harry, when the hormones settle, will be cautious.
