I also have my doubts. She made a statement to the police on January 24. The same day she writes to the procurer. And now it is on internet? Why is she in a hurry after all these years? Why now?

I also have my doubts. She made a statement to the police on January 24. The same day she writes to the procurer. And now it is on internet? Why is she in a hurry after all these years? Why now? Obviously, Elsa could have concluded based on the police's statements or body language whether they believed her. But, unless the police rolled their eyes and asked her to leave, I thought it strange that she would write to the prosecutor on the same day saying that they didn't take her claim seriously (implying inaction on the part of police - which I feel was too soon a judgement to make). However, the fact that Elsa (or anyone other woman) did not report the incident as soon as it happened has no effect, absolutely none, on their credibility with me. I know personally several women who were raped and NEVER reported the incident for various reasons. Please, please understand that rape is one of the least reported crimes. Women are raped every single minute all over the world and most do not report it to the authorities. I have no doubts that Eringer was a strong influence in Elsa coming forward - Eringer describes all his actions in the blog (which I find rather coercive). But for me, this does not influence my opinion of whether I believed that she was raped. There is the truth - and the truth does not change regardless of what any of us believe. I just wish I knew the truth.

I think Eringer was hoping that another woman would come forward to validate Elsa's story. It's unfortunate that Karen Mulder has so many emotional problems. I do believe as a young model she may have been taken advantage of which could have started her on her downward spiral. Whatever happened on that yacht was not good for Albert.

Thanks Myadia.
My opinion: A procedure for rape takes its time, in the police investigation. This is mean not that it is neglected. It needs time. Especially in this case.
No DNA (?... time), perhaps the clothing to investigate and the witnesses (her witnesses). If she says the truth she is been too quickly and not more believable by all to publish on the internet.
Last week I have spoken with someone of Psychiatry (guidance in Traumas ( ?). She would never have recommended here to go for internet but for investigation.
There is also much guidance in France for the victims who 20 years and more have said nothing…

It's actually pretty common to deal with the prosecutor after filing charges in Europe. The prosecutor is in charge of deciding if there's a crime and if it can be presented to the judge. It's simply a way to ensure your case is not lost.

I was told that a woman killed herself after having been abused by an Arab Prince, residing in Millefiori (same place Lagerfeld has his place now). Albert is said to have been aware of the continuous abuse without intervening. There is also a Monegasque residing in a house near the College Bellevue. He is said to approach young girls, hand them alcohol and drugs and trying to get them into prostitution. Authorities have been informed of this but do not intervene...because he is Monegasques and has connections to the prince...just a few of the things I have been told about recently

Bases no what paca wrote were Monaco is a country where they ignore any crimes related to sexual assault or prostitution of teens. Really scary. It is not a safe country. Police seems a joke.

Actually the College Bellevue is located in Beausoleil, so it is not Monaco residents who are concerned. The children at Bellevue are from mostly poor or small income families, with stressed and overworked parents, who often had their children at a very young age. They often come from broken homes. It's the Beausoleil police who does not do anything due to the connections to the prince.... I have to say though that this is nothing I have witnessed or that I know the person. These are things that are talked about by locals. In Beausoleil people are a little more open then in Monaco, but the omerta works here as well.

Should a woman avoid an entire country because she claims that she was raped by its leader? Any opinions? Read the Italian article at Monte Carlo News.

I agree with paca that the photo choice by this woman is weird. it's more likely a photo that one may use to post an ad about looking for husband/bf/relationship etc.

actually I was thinking more of the ones with a phonenumber and CALL ME written on Maybe I am disrespectful to a possible victim, but this woman is equipped with extremely poor judgement IMO The problem is Albert has poor judgement too. His reputation is so tarnished he has left himself open to all kinds of accusations. The sad thing here is the truth is hard to tell. I keep going back to that loony's posts on the old RF that talked about all the things Albert had Charlene doing which we found outrageous. Add this one to it and suddenly what sounded off the wall starts sounding possible. We may never really know the truth on this one.
