They do keep telling you to aim higher and higher. Personally, I would so leave outer space alone. We should not be exporting ourselves. It's planetary incontinence. Isn't that the dude who lost a lot of money with this spaceship thing?

The company that's going to build that environmentally friendly and warm and loving Portier extension is going to issue/issuing shares, loans or whatever you want to call it. They aim to raise 1.1 billion euros, so I think we can assume that is what the project is going to cost. Unless you live in less better controlled countries - like most of Europe - where national projects like this end up costing at least three to five times as much as estimated.
Just in case anyone is interested.

I hope they opt for "the stuff of dreams" in architecture, as well as being environmentally-sound. Monaco is a place that fires the imagination but it's puttered in the last century when it comes to new buildings. Something highly futuristic, that wouldn't jar with the Belle Époque style would be titillating. Something that made use of the water. I still believe in a floating platform as a base. And look what Christo did in Italy - people loved!! walking on water. Why not commission something permanent, similar to that? Just throwing ideas here. And you have solar power to harness too. If anyone is interested in the NAHMAD FAMILY of Monaco, just search the word Nahmad in the little box, upper right, and you will get relative postings on our site. So now a lady, in FL who is going through a bitter divorce (and seeking fair distribution) is pulling the Nahmads into the investigation of her husband hiding art. They did not show up for a deposition. No surprise: nypost.com/2016/07/12/socialite-threatens-kin-of-billionaire-art-dealer-with-jail-time/There's so much dirt on these guys, they will forever be under investigation. This is the problem with trans-jurisdiction judicial cases. It's a winless situation. The coordination between each country's systems is often too huge an undertaking for any lawyer or plaintiff, unless you have huge resources and friends in power. That's why I want to forgo my private citizenship for a public identity. That, and for diplomatic immunity - mwahahahaha. See who would dare ruin my life and not fear a little comeuppance 😈 Just kidding. If we all turned rabid and thin-skinned, what pleasure would be left... RIP the victims of the Nice Bastille Attempt. 75+ dead while out celebrating. Actually Eringer's take as to why hit France is because it's relatively an easy target so this attempt is doubly coward in my eyes. No words, I'm speechless. I was in Nice about 3 years ago with my recent ex. We had a nice stay at the Villa des Oliviers at the end of our holiday. We walked through Nice and its sunkissed buildings. It's awful its harmony should be marred by such an act of senseless aggression. Shame on the culprits.

This has very little to do with Islam. The same way Christianity or Catholicism is only a pretense for mafia or the Crusades way before that, etc. How is God possibly represented by criminals!? It's about power struggles and causing wars. It's the Devil's work, let's certainly not attribute God as cover for these acts. There's so much underhandedness going on in the world that polite society is unaware of until something erupts in their world for us to see. Even if this man were simply a lunatic, today it becomes political spin. Look at what Trump tweeted. RIP the victims of the Nice Bastille Attempt. 75+ dead while out celebrating. Friends of mine were there, but all safe. thus far it is not clear if it was linked to ISIS etc. but if you look at the CV of all those attackers, then they all had a not so successful life. It has nothing to do with religion IMO. Religion is used as a vehicle for personal anger as result of personal failure for which these people are unwilling to take responsibility. Last nights attacker is a father of three who was known for violence. Pub brawls and domestic violence. Maybe his wife decided to leave him, which triggered him to attack a family event. Like in if I can't have one, everyone else shouldn't have one either. If I am not happy, I can't bear others to be happy. IMO these people are narcissists who lack empathy which is probably the root for their lives going wrong in the first place. Narcissists never admit that they are at fault, so if it is not their fault then it has to be everyone elses... JMO

Found on Riviera Radio online news today, July 21, 2016. I am sure this is trickling over to Monaco, too.
"Tourism - Tourism officials in the south of France say that many people have cancelled holidays in the region following the terrorist attack in Nice a week ago. Hotels are reporting cancellations and campsites have also seen a decline in bookings. Tourism bosses say that they’ll launch a “counteroffensive” in a bid to show that Nice and the region are still a good choice as a holiday destination."
In addition, i read this:
"Some What’s Not On notes for you;
The Summer Fireworks displays in Monaco and Nice are cancelled along with other displays along the coast."

Not surprised to find this story about how "The Wolf of Wall Street" was financed through laundered money. Check out the part about the several nigh-end art works could be seized. I'm sure this will lead back to Helly Nahmad (infamous art swindler family of Monaco, who got outta jail early while his Russian cohorts rot) who is bro-friends with Leo DiCaprio! Amazing that Loretta Lynch, US Attorney General might have finally done something right. nypost.com/2016/07/20/wolf-of-wall-street-was-financed-with-stolen-money-feds/

The security will be really beefed up in Monaco now! This occurred on the Italy/French border over an hour from MC. Found this online site of Riviera Radio, Monday August 8th, 2016:
Ventimiglia – More than 100 migrants have broken through police barriers at the Italian border town of Ventimiglia and made their way into France according to the local Italian police. They stopped on rocks near the port at Menton after breaking through on Friday afternoon. Many of the hundreds of migrants who arrive in Italy by boat every day aim for northern Europe. Ventimiglia’s seashore became the site of a temporary migrant camp last year, which was later cleared away by police.

they escaped from the red cross shelter that ALbert and trashy visited... btw MC doesn't seem to feel any reason to take in some refugees. since no one is attending the red cross ball anymore, they could use the money to accomadate a couple of refugees. Surely housing a few families in MC will cost as much as one red cross ball and could actually make a difference....

Surely housing a few families in MC will cost as much as one red cross ball and could actually make a difference.... THAT will never happen. When I was visiting there years ago, i would see anyone looking "too foreign" pulled off the bus and driven over the border to France. I'm sure it's worse now and maybe just trying to avoid the terrorists. Of course, if you're from an oil rich country and bringing in millions, no problem. How about the Red Cross exploring the possibility of building "safe-zones" in Syria or in other troubled countries to keep them in their environment to worship and work? But no, dirty ASSad, ruler of Syria and his evil Brit wife were not stopped by anyone and allowed to poison their own people. No one could crack a deal for them to leave and go into exile? The current "leader" of the USA (most likely born a Muslim) and it's former Sec. of State Clinton (whose personal assistant is Huma Abedin who is Islamic), did nothing to help this and only exasperated the situation to the demise of the refugees. In fact, Clinton who is "running for President" wants to increase the import of refugees (and allow them to vote for her immediately) while Trump the other candidate demands proper vetting or a temporary ban (which is constantly being confused for racism). Monaco will NEVER allow any families there for sure. I kinda don't blame them but they should really press for "safe-zones" to keep the immigrants from leaving their mother countries.
